Loved this B&B and will revisit. Lovely room, beautiful garden. Cross over the street and you are are on the coastal walk into Cromer. breakfast was delicious and the hosts are charming. Would recommend

We highly rate this b&b; the hosts Sharon and John are the loveliest people and very very welcoming. Sharon has the best sense of humour and is an absolutely beautiful soul. Nothing is too much trouble. Lovely scones on arrival and John’s breakfast was second to none; it was the best bacon we’ve ever tasted. There was enough to keep us going until the evening! The room was light, very clean and not small and a very short walk to the seafront and not far to the town either. Our dog was made very welcome and bowls and a blanket (plus treats!) were provided. We will definitely book again in the future. Thank you Sharon and John!!!

Simply The Best ever B&B Elena and I have ever been to. John and Sharon were so welcoming. We booked the Sea View room which was fantastic, especially with an e-suite shower/bath, toilet and wash basin, etc. The garden is beautiful, where we ate our FULL breakfast, and I mean FULL!, cereals, orange juice, yoghurt and fruit, FULL English breakfast and choice of coffee or tea. Off road car parking was great, as we walked to the sea front, beach and town within a few minutes. When we go to Cromer again, we will definitely be booking Briarbank with Sharon and John. Thank You So Much for a wonderful bank holiday weekend!!!

Really enjoyed staying at Sharon and John's again. Always enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and hearty breakfasts served on the terrace. Throw in the very short distance to the sea and the lovely garden and you have the perfect place to stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights, what an amazing b and b! The hosts Sharon and John can't do enough for you! The breakfast are outstanding and beautifully presented out in the garden on a sunny day. They were great with our dogs too! Great location near coastal path and easy access to town. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Briarbank!

We stayed at Briarbank over a few days for my birthday at the beginning of July. Our daughter and son in law and Grace stayed in a fishermen's cottage in the town.We had a wonderful stay with Sharon and John, they couldn't have been more welcoming, lovely couple, fabulous room and bathroom, and wonderful breakfast.Short walk down or up, on the promenade. Truly recommend Briarbank.

My Wife, our pooch and I went for a long weekend away in Cromer and stayed at Briar Bank B&B and we can honestly say it was the best B&B experience we’ve ever had! The owners are lovely and very welcoming, especially to our little cocker spaniel Charlie. We had a delicious cream tea whilst enjoying their beautiful garden upon arrival, which is also where we had a 5* breakfast every morning which really set us up for the whole day! The location is ideal as you’re barely a 5 min saunter down the coastal path to the centre of Cromer and in the mornings before breakfast we took our dog for a walk in Warren Wood which was super convenient!Thank you for a lovely stay, we can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful 3 night stay at Briarbank B&B. Full breakfast was absolutely lush and guaranteed to see you through the best part of the day.Sharon & John are two of the loveliest people we have met. They made our stay with our Jack Russell a relaxed one and they most certainly made us feel welcome.Room was spotless comfortable and very well kept.Located in an ideal area of Cromer with dog-friendly beach 2-minute walk away and amenities all within easy reach.We will be back to Briarbank no doubt.

Just stayed briar bank cromer 13/9/2019, we had a lovely couple of days , john and Sharon and there lovely dogs made us feel very welcome , very clean comfortable rooms beds are excellent , breakfast was 10+ if not more, so tasty and plenty , we will deferently be back , steve and norma see you soon .
