Shocking customer service by des literally leaving room on chec out,when he basically was rude & knocked our door asking us to leave 5mins past 10 so won't be back!!Was 2mins past 10am & was a loud bang on our door tbf but we were outside by 10:10am,this has nothing to do with mo but feel u were being rude to us & spoiled our stay & won't be back,cheersAvoid at all costs as this bloke is aRude individual Verbally abusing by text now so messages passed onto police

We took our 2 young grandchildren for a two night break and were a little apprehensive as to our hosts attitude to having children to stay. A totally unwarranted concern as all of us were made to feel extremely welcome. The hosts went out of their way to speak to the children and make them feel special. The room was spacious and spotless with very comfortable beds and quality linen. Des's knowledge of where to eat and likely cost was spot on and very useful. The Claremont is only a short walk from the beach and all other amenities which means you can park the car up and walk everywhere. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay thank you Des and Mo. Mark,Jane and the two grandchildren.

I stayed at Claremont Guesthouse for my Mum's birthday on the weekend. Which was a cold but fun weekend.Upon arrival, the outside of the building looked really welcoming and positive. When going inside, the atmosphere was really warm and nice. The room had 4 beds, 1 double and 2 singles. The single bed I slept on was really comfortable but did not have an electrical plug nearby (which can be seen as a positive, as it makes you not being on your phone at night). The bathroom was spacious and had a wide bath. The window in the bathroom provided great lighting for selfies and made the bathroom bright. The breakfast was really nice and was served positively both mornings. The guesthouse was close to some shops, a bakers and the beach. Being close to the beach, let us get there quicker and easier.This weekend was really fun, thank you for providing us a room for the weekend!

Staying here as a treat for Christmas 2023. Very comfortable room, all amenities. Tea and coffee in the room. On suite very clean and well presented. Breakfast is very good, well cooked and everything else you could wish for. Run by Des and Mo, you are made very welcome. This is somewhere that I will stay at again. Hunstanton is a lovely place to visit for a holiday, the Claremont is the icing on the cake.
