The room is clean. It's safe and quiet.The employee in front is friendly. It's like staying with relatives.The only criticism is that the shower hose broke at the water heater connection, so the water wasn't strong.Have a chance to stop by and stay again.

The location is terrible, at least for the "studio". Next to a road and some restaurants, you hear noise constantly, all night long, trucks, motorcycles, cars, dishes, pots, people talking... They also have a window without curtains in front of the bed, so At 6 in the morning you wake up yes or yes. Other less important things: The shower works half way (only the "rain" type. The handheld one does not work. They have a soap dispenser without soap, a TV remote without batteries, etc. At night there was no one to help us with these things. They keep 800 bahts as a "deposit" and check the room before you leave. If they think there is something you have damaged, they keep the deposit.

I give 5 stars. The accommodation is not far from the beach. The service staff provide very good service. Recommend tourist attractions as well. The room itself is very good, quiet. If next time I have a chance to go to Bang Saen again. Will definitely stop by and come back to stay again.

We reserved a room through Booking, a double bed on the ground floor. Come in and contact at noon. But check-in is at 2 p.m. So I sat and waited at the cafe next to me. He said it's the same owner. The drinks at the cafe are very tasty. At first I read the reviews. We thought that we would meet someone who spoke badly, but we didn't. We told the man who was in charge of checking in, he was a bit older but kind, and talked and recommended a cafe for us to sit and wait. Then at 1:45 p.m. he gave us the room key and quickly came out to the Wifi. You can easily upload your work in the room on the ground floor. There is a work desk and a medium-sized refrigerator. And there are quite a lot of power outlets. The bathroom is spacious. There is a sink at the back of the room. You just have to park your car on the roadside. It's comfortable.

It's a very bad service. There is no one to clean up. Food scraps cannot be thrown away. You will have to deduct money. Garbage must be thrown away by yourself. The bedsheets have to be collected for him. It's like we're asking for a place to sleep even though we're the ones paying the money.

@03/11/2023Room price is 1,200 baht/night (whether double or single room) without breakfast. There is no parking (parking on the street). There is a key deposit of 300 baht. We booked this place because it is not within walking distance from the starting point for the Bangsaen Run event.To contact check-in, if you come during normal business hours, around 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., contact the booth in front of the hair salon (mirror room). But if you come outside of these hours, call the number provided.If it's a double bed room, it will be 2 beds that are stuck together. But each blanketIf it's a double room, it will be a large bed. But the cloth is the size of a bed. (It's a little too small)The area of the room is just the right size for 2 people. There is drinking water, air conditioning, and a TV with many channels available. (A little more than normal) A large refrigerator. There is a table with a mirror. There is a clothes drying rack on the balcony at the back of the room.The bathroom area is quite large. But there is no separate wet-dry zone. There is a water heater with good water flow.Neighborhood amenities Leave the accommodation and turn right. There will be a coffee shop and 7-11. Turn left and there will be a pork blood soup shop, Kuay Jab shop (sold in the evening), rice and curry shop (sold in the morning).
