Parking is only available for 3-4 cars, very limited. The room doesn't match the cover, far from 7/11 and walking street.

Once upon arriving the reception asked for 500 baht deposit. When we got to the room it looks nothing like in the photos. There were ants crawling, and it had this weird smell. The bathroom shower was spraying everywhere so practically the entire bathroom got wet. When we checked out the reception was no where to be found. We waited for like 10-20 minutes looking for her to return the room key and to get our deposit back. We had to leave before our bus departure. We end up leaving without our 500 baht deposit. Don’t book this place!!!

We left a reservation at the LA Riqueza hotel, arrived and heard that they would not accommodate us, because... there are no places. They sent us to some other random hotel, which we had to look for in the dark, with suitcases along dirty unlit alleys.When we found that hotel, we again heard that there were no rooms. 5 minutes of conversation and it turned out that there were still places, but in another hotel and for a higher price.The place is terrible, there are wild traffic jams right under the windows (it took half an hour to drive 20 meters), the hotel doesn’t care about clients, don’t stay here if you have a choice.

Room was decent but the shower sprays all over the place hitting the sink and soaking the entire bathroom floor.The toilet started running and wouldn’t stop and when I told reception they didn’t have anyone on site to fix it and just said “that’s ok”.They also didn’t know how to take my payment when I arrived and just told me I can go to the room anyways which is fine but I think it’s a bad look.I then booked another hotel as I was extremely annoyed by this and when I went to check out they charged me a 700 cancelation fee.Very disappointing experience

Parking on the street in front of the hotel for about 3 cars. Parking next to the hotel for about 2 more cars. There is no private car parking. Room price 700 baht. Bathroom not flushed. There are urine stains on the toilet. Cobwebs The air conditioner is noisy, the water is very light, and the shower is difficult to use. The price of 200-300 baht should be enough if the quality is like this. At the price of 700 baht, it used to be better. If you like a clean room, you can pass. For me, it's easy to think that it's better than sleeping in the car. Tell it as a choice There is nothing to wish for Charoen Charoen Hotel to have many customers.

We had a room for 1 night. Air con broken,way to hot in the room. very dirty shower felt like your in prison water splashing around the whole bathroom. Not worth the price. Way to over priced for WHAT your getting

I was glad I have chosen this suite hotel located along Pattaya 3rd Road for one night because it was nearer distance to walk from Jomtien bus terminal to stay overnight and next day check out to move to another better hotel. The location was good not near to those noisy night life place and the balcony is wide to view the main road with a table and chair but did not get the chance to sit on it since I gone out often to look around the area this main road Pattaya 3rd Road were not having traffic jam during off peak period and most residents housing area.

One of the best recommended hotel in Pattaya city . The rooms is quite big and clean and very nice bath room. The hotel location is very close to walking street and bali hai .Very silent location but very good access to the all transportation like moterbike ,tuktuk and taxi . It‘s just less than 15 min walk to walking street soi 16. There are nice indian restaurants around the hotel .chicken khurana Restorant since 1985 is the best choice of indian and uropean tourist . I can always feel there like my home india . I love this hotel.

Very good for sleeping ,its quite but still near the walking street and for food looking👍👍 and you cae see the nice staff here👍Economical rooms You can walk to find something to eat not very far. Most importantly, all the employees are lovely🥰🥰
