For me it is by far the best guest house I have stayed in in Thailand in recent years. The location is great. Pattaya and Jomtien can be reached in minutes by bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the really beautiful and clean Yinyom Beach. You can get there in 3 minutes by bike taxi. Check-in is easy. Very large, really extremely clean rooms with enough space to store your seven things. Large balcony from which you can watch the hustle and bustle on the street. New air conditioning and fans help against the heat.The room was cleaned daily. Towels were also changed daily. Bed linen twice a week. The WiFi worked sufficiently quickly and reliably for me. The mattress was hard but comfortable. Slept very well there. You hardly noticed anything from your roommates. Everything was very quiet in the house. The in-house laundry service was perfect and incredibly cheap. The owners, who also run a shop with beach items and clothing in the same building, were very friendly, accommodating and helpful.For me, the best coffee in Thailand is right in the guest house next door. Thanks to Tina for the great time and the nice conversations.My conclusion after 29 nights: Book your next vacation right here!

A beautiful memory i would love to share .. i don't know if the current owner is same owner of this place or not, but in 2014 i was very new in Pattaya and i don't like to go around bars or noisy places... I found a beautiful restaurant have a 2 couple and i think daughter baby , i used to go there weekly 4 times at evening time or sunset time to have a beautiful dinner very delicious food , the place was different decorations and style ... But i remember this place had 2 beautiful kind people Thai and used to talk to me and always make me feel warm and happy and feel like i have family there too specially i was broken heart that time , i just wanted to say to them thank you so much you was really special good Thai people and i will never meet polite and good and friendly people like you again... I was so sad in 2022 i go to find the place i didn't find it again totally all Pattaya changed all people and beautiful places i used to know changed i was depressed to see this and i left Pattaya after 3 days back to Bangkok i really felt like afraid to stay there .... Sorry for my long comment but its just comment of love and miss the people in this place what been disappeared with time .

Nicest couple ever. :) Rooms cleaned everyday. Water everyday. New towels everyday. Clean bedsheets every few days. Fridge,Freezer, TV, balcony, brand new airconditioner etc etc. So good! :)

Good place with affordable price 👍🏼 Clean room, good wifi, friendly staff, quiet at night time, convenience, staff clean room and change towel everyday. They provide TV, air condition, fridge, kettle and fan. This guest house is near by Pattaya Park night market. Very convenience and have so much food.

I loved staying here! The room and bathroom were clean, and the street outside is quiet at night. Strong wifi connection, very comfortable bed, and excellent water pressure. There was a half fridge and an electric kettle, so I could make coffee and keep perishables, and a small balcony where I could have a smoke and drink my coffee. Convenient location, easy to get a Grab/Bolt ride, although I believe they also have motorbikes for rent. There is a night market and a 7-11 down the street, and it is a short walk to the beach. The owners are incredibly kind and hospitable, it felt like I was staying with family members. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Pattaya! 💜

Terrible place always in the room still the smell of the toilet and i paid for a month but I had leave this place 7/8 days before and I didn't ask the difference back.... but charge me 600 but for clean . The area still good with the night market closer
