The room was filthy when we arrived. Bed sheets were not changed from the previous guests. Tap water runs brown. The staff are ignorant.

Wonderful, friendly staff.It’s a pity, of course, that there is no TV in the rooms, but otherwise everything is fine.If minor problems arose, then EVERYTHING was quickly resolved through wa in Russian or in person 👍.

They cheat with utility prices. For 4 days of stay it was 1000 baht, for a room of 13 sq.m.

Disappointing…in so many ways, but if you are looking for something CHEAP (there’s a sign in front of the hotel advertising rooms for 700 baht)..this place could work. The hotel is not old but it’s showing signs of needed maintenance. Patio screen door was broken and laying on the balcony floor, the patio sliding door doesn’t SLIDE, there is a cockroach problem, no television, the wood plank covering the shower drain is a breeding ground for bugs, and the hotel is not really OCEAN VIEW. INTERNET IS GREAT.

Run away, don't fall in... There was no staff at the counter. We booked for 1 night but traveled late so asked to extend for another night. Call the number on the map Notified to transfer money In short, it's not a hotel number. The hotel changed to a new owner. In summary, lost money 2 times. The owner, who is a Chinese fan, said he was not responsible for anything. Please report it yourself. The condition of the room is old, musty, not clean, scary, there is no security system. In the room the floor was very sticky. The glass was full of stains. The old air conditioner is not cool at all, there is no WiFi, not worth the price paid. It's better to go stay somewhere else.

The rooms could use a refresh. It looks clean... but smells like at some point a cat sprayed. I think the couch could be the problem.Kitchen is just a separate room with a sink and hot water kettle. Unless you want coffee, tea or Ramen......ya have to go out.Had to ask for toilet paper and there is no trash can. So have to use a shopping bag. No soap or shower curtain either.

The worst I've ever stayed at this price. Booked 2 nights, can bring in cats. Price includes Vat 3,xxx baht. From the outside it looks OK. Don't believe the reviews on Google Maps that summarize the worst of this hotel.1. There is no receptionist to contact at all. The bottom of the building became an office. There isn't any reception area.2. Available rooms In front of the elevator on the 3rd floor, there was a very musty smell. The air conditioner is not very cold at all. There is no cleaning of the air conditioner. or repair the air conditioner The hot coil outside is full of dust. Unable to exchange heat at all. You have to use wet wipes to scrape off the dust yourself. I clean the air conditioner in the room myself.3. Bedsheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels smell musty and have to be taken out to dry in the sun again.4. The room is damp. The floor in the room is damp.5. The balcony is dirty, has algae stains, standing water, and the balcony has water leaking from the upper floors all the time. There was no repair at all.6. The set of chairs and tables on the balcony is very dirty.7. The tap water doesn't flow in the morning!!!! Can't go to the bathroom at all, but because the water supply has cut off the supply to that area. But the hotel does not have any management of water reserves.8. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is very dirty.9. The hotel owner cannot communicate in Thai. and English Can communicate only in Chinese10. No drinking water and glasses provided.11. No soap, shampoo and tissues provided.12. The sliding wardrobe door is damaged.13. Dirty room, moldy sofa, broken water heater, broken refrigerator, broken kettle, room 307 Mosquitoes in the room called the kitchen, but there was nothing. There were a lot of mosquitoes. Had to buy mosquito spray myself. There was no tissue paper. Had to buy it myself. Moved 2 rooms as before. Poor service, no housekeeper. At night, all the lights are turned off, even the hotel sign lights can't be connected to the office locks.I think I'll be broke soon if I keep doing this.

I've just been here. Overall, it's not good right now. It's the problem of the shower water flowing very little. The air conditioner is not very cool, the TV cannot be watched, the hot water kettle is broken, and the room looks very lonely. The caretaker doesn't care about the customers. When I entered the first room, I called to inform them that the air conditioner was not cool. The caretaker complained in my ear that there was a lot of trouble between them. When we changed the room for us, the behavior was not friendly at all. When checking in, we agreed to a room rate of 450 baht for 1 night. I gave him a 500 baht banknote. The employee took the money and said he would give me 50 baht in change and gave me a receipt. When checking out, I checked out in the morning, only a receipt was issued. But didn't return the change to me. I didn't answer. Considered that we made a mistake, it ended like this. I hope that if it's good, we'll tell the group of drivers doing the tour. Come stay here. Because we are on tour. There are a lot of acquaintances. If you meet someone like this, it's not better. There are many good places elsewhere.

The room has a little sea view. There's an elevator. If you bring your car, park in front of the building (if it's free). The alley where the hotel is located looks dilapidated, but not lonely.Food is easy to find. There are many shops in the alley, not expensive either. A convenience store is at the entrance of the alley. Walk around Jomtien comfortably. You don't have to sit in the car. Overall, I really like it...
