The actual situation in the photo is different because you get what you pay for at cheap hotels. I made a reservation with Agoda, but the hotel couldn't receive the payment and forcibly withheld my passport. I asked the hotel to negotiate, but in the end the hotel couldn't accept the payment and forced me to use a credit card. There is an extra 3% handling fee. You need to understand the operation of this hotel. The air conditioner sometimes makes noise in the middle of the night and the storage lock does not work.

Great hotel, very nice accomodating staff. Rooms are newly renovated, quiet rooms with 0 road noise. Excellent gym and pool, cool hotel grounds with art and fun design. 7-11 and laundry directly across the street. 3 minute walk to a small night market, and many restaurants closeby.

We requested a high floor room and got one on the 2nd (1st floor). They offered us to book the same room again on our return trip. But when we came they said the room wasn't available. Then after we checked the other room and found ants invaded through the wall plugs, I went down to the lobby again to request they fix that issue. Then as I stood there in the queue I could see the staff hand the key to our previous room to the people in front of me. Then the cleaning lady sprayed against the ants with a fleeting poison, after which they quickly returned, of course.

Can only give a review about the Gym Levante. I bought a monthly ticket for B2500. The gym is modern, large, clean and the employees are very friendly. The subscription includes a protein shake. You can also use the pool. I like coming to this gym👍👍👍

The best hotel I've been to in Pattaya. Perfect location with Seven Eleven just a few meters away, laundry, massage, bars, convenience store, barber shop, restaurants and above all the best food market in pattaya (sophon market).Hotel with excellent maintenance, very comfortable and clean rooms with a refined design, some have a balcony.Hotel with a really large parking lot for cars and scooters.Hotel with the best gym found here in Pattaya namely the Levant fitness.Gym with an excellent level of cleanliness, maintenance and equipment, 3 floors, free body fitness room, gymnastics room, spinning and aerobics room, a terrace with punching bag and sparring equipment.Swimming pool in excellent condition and very well designed, new sauna and Turkish bath, ice bath outside.Breakfast available for a fee or included at a price agreed in advance, in the garden on the ground floor.Staff made up of very kind, helpful, loyal and honest young people, all speaking English.

The first night of stay found that the bathroom had a bad smell from the pipe next to the sink and in the shower area, the air conditioner remote in the room was old and broken, there was no tissue in the room, there was only toilet paper in the bathroom, coffee cups and spoons were only available. One set, for 2 people to stay, do they have to share or take turns using it?The room is a good size, has 4 pillows, the bed and mattress are good, opposite the hotel there is a 7-11, a short connection from the parking lot to the lobby. The hotel is dirt which makes dragging luggage inconvenient. The entrance to the parking lot and the walkway from the parking lot to the lobby are quite dark.The staff speak well and provide good service.
