Even though there are entertainment establishments all around, the soundproofing is pretty good. But I can't even hear the buzzing sound of the woofer 😅😅The water pressure in the toilet and shower is good, but the water doesn't flush well. There were black mold stains on the walls of the room, and there was a room where the bed springs had sunk to the point of death.

I have a room. But the female employee at the counter didn't. Poor service according to previous reviews. This is what I've come to terms with. But I really can't help but comment. I can't communicate clearly. Chinese customers who can speak will still speak English to them.The room has 2 more problems: at night, the keycard can't be used to open the door. Luckily there was a male employee who came to open for me. But the edge of the bed in the room was almost scary. Maybe walking past There can be an accident.The good thing is that the bed is soft.oh! The fabric sofa looks like it's never been cleaned. Outside the balcony there is bird droppings.

The location is the gangster room, which is up to date due to renewal, but the card key system is broken..The front desk service is a mess. Why is the woman with glasses always so angry? Is this personality or attitude?If the front is in order, it would be one of the top cheap ones.

It reopened in late August 2022, so I stayed there for 3 nights for the first time in 2 and a half years.In the first room, when I tried to lock the doorway to the balcony, a screw inside came loose and broke...(I was told it would be fixed the next day)When I use the hair dryer, the main power suddenly turns on and off repeatedly...I left it alone for the time being and went out, and when I came back, it was completely off and it hadn't recovered, so I changed rooms in the middle of the night.In the second room, when I closed the safety box, I couldn't open it because the battery ran out.(I'm glad they replaced the battery right away)Also, the door in this room wasn't working properly and I couldn't close it, which was a pain.(I omit it because it is difficult to explain)It's been a while since it's been in operation, so I get the impression that they haven't checked it enough.I think if I run it a little more, almost all the problems will be resolved.The location is quite good, so I look forward to the next time.Added June 2024Trial stay for 3 days for the first time in 2 years, also for scouting.This time, we are in room 612, which uses the elevator behind reception instead of the elevator in front of it.I've stayed here several times, but I never knew this elevator existed.The problem is that even when the air conditioner is turned on, it takes too long for the room temperature to cool down from 30 degrees Celsius to the set temperature of 26 degrees Celsius.(2 hours on the first day! Minimum 1 hour during your stay...)Also, it was a bit of a problem that the key to the balcony entrance didn't work at all...In the shower room, the joints (caulking) on the surrounding glass are peeling off, and water is leaking from the gap into the toilet and washbasin...Amenities are the same as before: shampoo, conditioner, soap, and cotton swabs.Face towels and hair dryer are also provided.Considering its age, I can't deny the impression that it's starting to show signs of deterioration.It would be a waste if a little renovation would bring it back to its potential when it was new...However, the location is still good, so if you are on a short trip mainly around LK, Tree Town, Bukkao, or Central Festival, you may want to consider staying here.

The room is ok, but the service staff is poor, especially the male staff who wear glasses, the service is very poor, there is no service mind, waiting in front of the counter. There is no saying hello or greeting customers. Ignoring customersTell them to reserve through agoda. I pretended not to be interested and didn't see anything yet. Said I didn't have any so gave me my booking number. When the information was found, the customer became upset. Can't speak properly Met an employee like this. Not very good When I got the room up, the key card didn't work and I came down to change it again. When changing to another room, the air conditioner was not cool.It was my first experience going to Pattaya. Not impressed at all

It's a good value hotel. The location is good and the rooms are clean. It's a shame that there are no other facilities, but it's good value for money. The Wi-Fi was broken when I stayed, so it didn't last for about 10 days.

It's an excellent hotel, very good price and the quality is very good. There's a swimming pool.
It's around 5 minutes to the beach and around 5 minutes to the live part of town. Anytime I'm in Pattaya that's where I stay.
