Although it is only 1 minute walk from Walking Street, there is no noise from the surrounding area, so you can sleep soundly.The front door is also secure with an IC card, so you don't have to worry.The cafe in the lobby didn't seem to be open, but it's in a great location and is recommended.

This is the worst hotel in Pattaya near Walking Street. The hotel staff's behavior is very rude, and they seem more interested in extorting money from tourists. The cleanliness of the hotel is also very poor.

The hotel is new, or newly renovated. Clean, well located those singles traveller (ride beside walking street).But no lift in the building, have to carry luggage to 4th floor. And deposit is very high, 4000THB in cash only.

A very central and affordable 3 star hotel in the heart of Pattaya. It is close to all amenities, several tourist attractions such as walking street, central Pattaya and the beach.It’s one alley off walking street so the noise is slightly audible. The window sound proofing is 8/10, if you’re a light sleeper you might still hear some music.The sound proofing on the room door and the flooring is poor. I could hear chairs on the floor above and footsteps outside.There is no elevator in this hotel. There are 4 floors with 1st floor starting on the ground. Not wheelchair friendly.Staff is friendly. There is a 4000 baht damage deposit. They were happy to allow the dollars equivalent.Staff is not at reception all the time so there is a number to call if you’d like someone there.You’re given 3 access cards, one for hotel entrance, one for the room and one for electricity.Cafe downstairs wasn’t open and didn’t stock anything.There wasn’t a view in the room I received on the third floor.I’d return for the location and price.

Recommended!Very friendly service. The hotel is close to Walking Street (about 1 minute away) and yet you could sleep peacefully at night without any noise.I found the hotel room to be pleasantly large and nicely furnished. The bathroom was also very nice. The rooms were clean!Summary: cheap, great location, friendly staff and clean
