My "super detailed review"Summary first:This is an absolute hidden gem, 10 minutes away from both Jungceylon and Patong Beach, but is nestled away in a quiet residential area. The hotel is extremely well maintained and cleaned, I was very pleasantly surprised every minute of my stay here. Please, only come here if you know how to be respectful and well mannered, this gem of a hotel is too precious to be ruined by folks who might be lacking in these areas. And yes, like some other reviewer said, this place felt "like home", and I would come back here in a heart beat if I am ever back in Phuket again.Rooms:Very large, and spacious. 2 people will have more than enough room to stay for long periods of time, and the cleaning lady does an exceptional job of cleaning the room, including wet mopping the floors every day. Plenty of storage spaces, dining table, chairs, A/C works great, etc... Nothing to complain about.Beds and sheeting:Very comfy bed, and clean sheets. I am very sensitive to odor and I could not smell anything except the freshly cleaned sheets every day. The beds are actually perfect in terms of softness, which is not easy to find in Thai hotels.Service:The service is top notch, I cannot ask for more. Very friendly and professional.Cleanliness:Very very clean. As in no cockroaches whatsoever. The whole hotel and rooms are very very well maintained, and for someone is OCD about hygiene and cleanliness, I could not ask for a better hotel. I've stayed in other $85 hotels in Patong before that had cockroaches running across the ceiling and beds and I could not sleep for multiple nights hunting them down and worrying. This hotel is so clean it was just like being back at my home in Korea.Sound proofing:I heard some noises at night, not sure if it was the people upstairs or next door, but they woke me up at 3am and I could not sleep again. They slept in the day/lunch/afternoon and then started doing things at 3am... What are they bats? Anyways that's not the hotels fault, you will get some bad apples here and there. I also heard loud shouting from a man at night. I wish people with common sense and courtesy would come here...Who do I recommend this hotel for?- Solo travelers that are well mannered, and respectful and not the "partying" type- Families- Couples

I spent one month in this hotel.This is my second time and I still felt like home.The owners are lovely people and friendly.The hotel is very quiet, and the main street has everything (restaurants, cafés....)You can do everything by walking (beach, bangla road etc....)I recommend 100% :)

My husband and I spent two weeks at this hotel. The room is not bad but needs renovation. We constantly had problems with the air conditioning in our room. I contacted the owner three times and he fixed this problem, but when the air conditioner was repaired, it worked for one day and it all started all over again, and so I fixed it three times, and as soon as they fix it, it starts working at 16 degrees and the temperature does not change and the remote control does not work, and it became very cold, since there was a big difference with the temperature outside, on the street 33 and in room 16 it was possible. I got so sick on Kata when we were on vacation and therefore in this hotel, I was afraid of getting sick. But at Kata, the hotel’s air conditioner worked and I set the temperature to whatever I wanted, so that there were no big changes in temperature. Well, one more thing I want to write about this hotel, it’s quiet and very close to potong, who loves the night life. But, I am very disappointed in this hotel and for the owners, since it is written that the Internet is good 👎. I didn’t need the Internet for work, but I couldn’t even check my email and when I went down to the first floor where the owner was sitting and he wasn’t there and his son was sitting, so he very nicely sent me to my room and said that these are my problems. My number was 402 and don’t book this number and all the best to you 🥰🥰🥰

According to the reviews on Google that I read before posting mine, I realized that all the reviews where the hotel is not very good, according to the owner’s answers, only the guests are to blame for this, and no one else, and apparently only we are to blame for this review, Well, in general let's start)We have been traveling to different countries and cities for 12 years, but this is the first time we have encountered such a hotel!1. When we arrived at the hotel, upon check-in, as it later turned out, the owner (British) at the reception was repairing the sewerage system, they did not attach any importance to this, we were checking in with a small child, at the entrance we asked if there was a baby bed, we were told no, we do not provide it, ok, that’s not the point, they didn’t let us into the hotel with a stroller, they told us to leave it at the entrance, in case you scratched our iron elevator, it was already alarming, oh well, fruit is not allowed in the room, durian (I agree) is not allowed in many places, mangosteen and mango, so we because of this we went to Tai (one of the reasons there is fruit everywhere) okay, we’ll survive too, the room was not ready for our arrival, we waited, went into the room, it was as if a liter of flavoring had been poured into it, let’s ventilate it, the smell went away and off we went stench, sewerage, which was being repaired by the owner at the reception, I invited him into the room, said there was a stench in our room, he came and said, no, I don’t smell anything, the room doesn’t smell like anything, everything is fine, for about 20 minutes I tried to prove to him, but nothing worked out, they paid 60 thousand for the room, he said refuse your service if something doesn’t suit you, he refused to change the room, citing the fact that there were no free rooms, although the hotel was half empty, and even on our floor there were 2 free numbers, wrote to our service, they said this hotel can only be canceled without a refund, we can offer you 1500 rubles in compensation, okay, we decided to stay, especially since we couldn’t find a suitable hotel quickly.2. We started washing vegetables in the evening, the kitchen sink was clogged, I thought okay, in the morning I’ll tell them to clean it, in the morning we cooked rice for the child, washed one spoon, and of course a few rices remained in the sink, I said that the sink was clogged, they cleaned it, but They accused us of stuffing it with rice, I say there’s a couple of rices there, it was clogged upon arrival, but again I couldn’t prove anything, he says you did it all🤦‍♂️Okay, I don’t think I’ll come to you anymore.3. After the next cleaning, they didn’t change one towel and didn’t put toilet paper, I think in the morning I’ll say the same thing, in the morning there was no one at the reception, I went and bought paper myself, no problem, I returned to the hotel, their elevator was broken, okay, too I don’t care, cleaning goes on until 2:30 p.m., we left for the beach, arrived at 4:00 p.m., no one came into the room, washed ourselves, were about to leave for a walk, at 5:00 p.m. the cleaning service knocks, I tell them, wait 10 minutes, we’re leaving , the answer was: okay, we left, we came at about 10 pm and I’ll give you, everything is the same in the room, I went to the reception where the hotel owner told me, so you yourself told the cleaning lady that in 10 minutes, she couldn’t wait and left, that’s your problem, I say you have cleaning until 14:30, to which he replied, our elevator was broken and the cleaning took too long, that is, it’s my problem that their elevator is broken😂 in general, the cleaning lady knocked, I have to jump out immediately from the room and give her time to clean 👍 the client is no one, the staff are gods!I talked with the owner, I say what kind of biased attitude you have towards Russians, why are you behaving this way, to which he told me there is no bias, you are not happy with everything from the very beginning, well, yes, I should be happy with the stench of the sewer , various prohibitions and dirt in the room, and the fact that I am accused of pollution😂And the owner also said that I don’t keep anyone here, pack up and leave, I told him that return the money and we’ll leave now, to which he simply remained silent and said tomorrow they’ll take it away from you. He doesn't want to lose money.4. The room is cleaned in general as they want, several times it seems to me that they specially cleaned the elevator, the corridor, waited for us to return from the beach and exactly 5-10 minutes later there was a knock on the door, cleaning, damn it, at least let me wash myself, change clothes, noooo. and as intended, we just took a towel in return, water and paper🤦‍♂️

Worst hotel experience of my life. Rooms were dirty and old. Pictures not accurate. OwnersOverstep their reach and are not welcoming. Not sure how this place got so many good reviews. I had a horrific experience with my girlfriend. We changed hotels after two days even though we had booked for multiple weeks.
