When we arrived at the hotel, upon check-in, as it later turned out, the owner (British) at the reception was repairing the sewerage system, they did not attach any importance to this, we were checking in with a small child, at the entrance we asked if there was a baby bed, we were told no, we do not provide it, ok, that’s not the point, they didn’t let us into the hotel with a stroller, they told us to leave it at the entrance, in case you scratched our iron elevator, it was already alarming, oh well, fruit is not allowed in the room, durian (I agree) is not allowed in many places, mangosteen and mango, so we because of this we went to Tai (one of the reasons there is fruit everywhere) okay, we’ll survive too, the room was not ready for our arrival, we waited, went into the room, it was as if a liter of flavoring had been poured into it, let’s ventilate it, the smell went away and off we went stench, sewerage, which was being repaired by the owner at the reception, I invited him into the room, said there was a stench in our room, he came and said, no, I don’t smell anything, the room doesn’t smell like anything, everything is fine, for about 20 minutes I tried to prove to him, but nothing worked out, they paid 60 thousand for the room, he said refuse your service if something doesn’t suit you, he refused to change the room, citing the fact that there were no free rooms, although the hotel was half empty, and even on our floor there were 2 free numbers, wrote to our service, they said this hotel can only be canceled without a refund, we can offer you 1500 rubles in compensation, okay, we decided to stay, especially since we couldn’t find a suitable hotel quickly.2. We started washing vegetables in the evening, the kitchen sink was clogged, I thought okay, in the morning I’ll tell them to clean it, in the morning we cooked rice for the child, washed one spoon, and of course a few rices remained in the sink, I said that the sink was clogged, they cleaned it, but They accused us of stuffing it with rice, I say there’s a couple of rices there, it was clogged upon arrival, but again I couldn’t prove anything, he says you did it all🤦♂️Okay, I don’t think I’ll come to you anymore.3. After the next cleaning, they didn’t change one towel and didn’t put toilet paper, I think in the morning I’ll say the same thing, in the morning there was no one at the reception, I went and bought paper myself, no problem, I returned to the hotel, their elevator was broken, okay, too I don’t care, cleaning goes on until 2:30 p.m., we left for the beach, arrived at 4:00 p.m., no one came into the room, washed ourselves, were about to leave for a walk, at 5:00 p.m. the cleaning service knocks, I tell them, wait 10 minutes, we’re leaving , the answer was: okay, we left, we came at about 10 pm and I’ll give you, everything is the same in the room, I went to the reception where the hotel owner told me, so you yourself told the cleaning lady that in 10 minutes, she couldn’t wait and left, that’s your problem, I say you have cleaning until 14:30, to which he replied, our elevator was broken and the cleaning took too long, that is, it’s my problem that their elevator is broken😂 in general, the cleaning lady knocked, I have to jump out immediately from the room and give her time to clean 👍 the client is no one, the staff are gods!I talked with the owner, I say what kind of biased attitude you have towards Russians, why are you behaving this way, to which he told me there is no bias, you are not happy with everything from the very beginning, well, yes, I should be happy with the stench of the sewer , various prohibitions and dirt in the room, and the fact that I am accused of pollution😂And the owner also said that I don’t keep anyone here, pack up and leave, I told him that return the money and we’ll leave now, to which he simply remained silent and said tomorrow they’ll take it away from you. He doesn't want to lose money.4. The room is cleaned in general as they want, several times it seems to me that they specially cleaned the elevator, the corridor, waited for us to return from the beach and exactly 5-10 minutes later there was a knock on the door, cleaning, damn it, at least let me wash myself, change clothes, noooo. and as intended, we just took a towel in return, water and paper🤦♂️
