Was there for 2 nights. The hotel just opened 3 years ago, room was very clean, staff and owner are very friendly with perfect service. I enjoyed the silence in the morning just hearing the birds singing, 10 min walk to Bang Saray Beach. Very good price for value. Thank you so much for extra little help when I needed it!!

Beautiful, clean accommodation The facilities are complete, the children love the swimming pool and the food is very delicious. Most importantly, the staff are all lovely. Really got to rest. Next time we will go again.

It is a quiet, private hotel, but the room door is a bit difficult to open and close. The entrance at night looks a bit deserted. But the swimming pool is good.

It's a new hotel, not big, the staff are neat and the service is very good, the surroundings are quiet, near Bang Saray Beach. If you have a car it will be more convenient. The alley is not deep but small and quiet. It's very dark late at night. It looks more like a private alley. There is about a parking lot. The room itself is very clean, the items are still new. I like the bathroom that is very wide, not cramped like other places. Breakfast chosen during stay But there is bread, coffee, snacks, milk, cereal available to grab and eat. The pool and bar are in the back. In front there is a small coffee shop.There are two disadvantages. Want to improveThe room door is very difficult to close, not tight. Must use force to make a very loud noise. I don't know if it's a specific room or not. Makes it late at night when people who come back to stay open and close loudly.Another issue is the water in the bathroom when showering. It's like the pipe didn't flow in time, causing flooding.But if I have a chance to definitely go back and stay again and I want it to be pet friendly too.

The location is a little far from the center of Pattaya, but about 30 minutes by car (renting a car is recommended / renting a scooter and being chased by wild dogs near the hotel).Everything is in good condition except the location.I was satisfied with the swimming pool, room, food, and service and had a great time~

The breakfast price is quite high. But you can request more. But sometimes there is no notice in advance. You may understand that you can only get one set. You can stay on the 1st floor. The atmosphere is good. Overall ok.

Personally, when staying at a hotel, there are standards:Safe, clean, delicious breakfast, good serviceReasonable price, you can get everything here.From the moment we parked the car, there was a staff member who came to welcome us to the car and helped with luggage portering. There was a welcome drink and cool hand towels to welcome us like it was hot. The attention that we received from every little thing that the hotel took care of was breakfast. We had to leave early in the morning before the meal time. The hotel prepared a ham and cheese sandwich for us without having to tell us how to serve it ourselves. The mattress is soft and good. The pillows are nice, bigger than usual, very comfortable to sleep on, the bedsheets smell clean. The air conditioner is cool and quiet. Importantly, the air conditioner is next to the bed, allowing the air conditioner to sit right next to the floor so that you can walk on it without your feet getting sticky, even without shoes. As for the bathroom, it's very clean, the water is hot and strong, and it's very refreshing to take a shower. There is a towel rack for two people. There is a toothbrush holder. Having all the necessary items at this price is considered very good for us. The hotel has a nice common area for relaxing. There is a swimming pool. Everything is impressive.Near many tourist attractions, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, water park.
