I booked with them koh Chang round trip for 2 people paid 2400tbh just to find out they put us with the public transport bus took long time and the driver was rude moaning like a baby when he know about our hotel drop, stopped just one time for a break in a total of 6 hours to the ferry.On our return the same company picked us from the hotel to the koh Chang office and another rude lady manager asked for more money because she claims our bags were big, then came the disaster driver which took us for a 9 hrs trip back to Pattaya collecting passengers from different stations along the road and also just one stop break our foot were swollen and back hurt, really one of my horrible experiences to have in Thailand. We were scammed and ripped off, I hope no one book with them ever.

Visited in July 2024.You can catch the bus to U-Tapao from in front of this hotel. Tickets can also be purchased here. 150 baht one way.

The only positive thing is the hostess who tries to solve problems. The rooms are old, the equipment doesn't work well, it's located far from all the interesting places. Big C is nearby, which seems to be a plus, but often all sorts of events take place, and the volume of the music goes through the roof... If you are staying for 2-3 days, you might be able to get by just fine, the price for rooms is not high, but I don’t recommend it for a longer period, just ruin your nerves.

I spent a night here recently after missing a flight. was cheap and everything you needed. A/C, Shower, comfortable bed and not far from most things. Wifi was 40B for the day but worked well. at night it was quiet, seconds from the each and just a short walk to Soi 6
