Bed sheet, pillow were smelly.No room boys.Self service .poor internet.No intercom.The water flow was slow.The TV was not workingThere is no receptionist the full time.There was beer on the balcony.Should improve outlook. Ther was nothing good expect cleaner lady. If there was no cleaner no one would live here, And leave after 1 dayI will never go to this hotel ever again..😡

Very bad smell. There was beer on the balcony. There was very poor Internet 😔. The bed sheets were dirty. No intercom . The cleaning is good. Cleaning lady is kind . There is no receptionist. Television was there remote was there but there was no battery 🤣. I will not go to the hotel again .

Is this hotel or hostel ? I have no idea with this unprofessional management .Their behave very rude .👸🏼They greedy for money I hope they will learn minimum good behave , service and minimum few English words before this kind of business which related tithe foreigners.They fail to give hot water.Very old building ,not any leaving standard at all.No room boy. No phone excess to the receptionist.Very honestly speaking it was very bad service I had. Poor internet. Cleaning was 👍

BB Grand residence in Pattaya so badhostel.There is no room boy, no hot water, no tea coffee, no TV, no phone service , very old building.They doesn't have any idea about minimum hospitality.I took a family room , just ask for one extra pillow, Mr ball call for me police to vaccant the room at night 12:30 am.why did I ask for one pillow.Such a stupidity behavior.I will not suggesting to any one to live there.Wasting money, and tour momentum.

It's difficult to stay here unless you're used to Thailand, and it's difficult to get around unless you have transportation (motorcycle or car), but the staff are very nice.

The room looks old. It doesn't look very clean. In the bathroom there was still soap that had been used. Stayed here for 3 nights and no housekeeper came to clean the room.

500 per night - deposit 200Near Big C Pattaya Central Parking is a bit narrow in front of the building.When I was able to sleep, the room was not soundproof.The bathroom was not clean at all, like the stains and debris were not washed away. I don't know who's hair is everywhere. The faucet was leaking.

Rooms are not good. In our room, wash basin was not working. Wifi connectivity is very poor, half of the routers are not in working condition. Most of the time reception staff will not be there. We have to call them each time and wait for atleast 1/2 hours

Online, the hotel only allow check in before 6pm. Arrived at the check in counter at 5.40 but there's no one working. Waited few minutes before calling them. The person said check in already closed eventhough it's not 6pm yet. He didn't even care that i already made booking online.

I stayed at the monthly rate you have to pay electricity and water separately that is reasonable, but. They overcharged me for cleaning fee and electricity bill order to not return the deposit at the end of your contract.Would not recommend staying here, the owner is mean and likes to scam the foreigners
