Good small hotel near Jomtien Beach. No problem with the baht bus to the beach or into the city. Furniture could be replaced and wall paint could also be renewed in some corners. A lot has already been done outside. Poll area looks really good. Breakfast was sufficient, toast, fried eggs, sausages, some fruit, jam. Very centrally located on the street, but quiet.

I’ve been to Pattaya 8 times and I’ll be staying here each time from now on! Two storey one person town house with kitchen, large balcony and bathroom. Decent pool well set out outdoor area. Very good rate that includes breakfast. Perfect location between Pattaya and Jomtien. The service is very friendly . They love helping you. Highly recommend

The hotel is a two-minute walk from the bus station where buses from Bangkok arrive.Room: large bed, plenty of space for clothes, wardrobe and cabinets, and 4 huge shelves under the TV.Dishes: three types of plates, mugs, glasses, forks and boats, 2 pieces each.Bath and face towels.The room is cleaned daily and the water is replenished. I didn’t like the fact that the table was very small, you put two plates and glasses and that’s it, there was no room for a salad. At our request, they brought another table. There is a microwave in the room.There is also soap and shampoo, although I read somewhere that there is nothing. There is only no hairdryer.Wi-fi is excellent in the room. There was enough for everything.Very noisy built-in air conditioner. We slept with the windows open: it wasn’t hot, but we needed to stock up on mosquito repellents, they bit us mercilessly.Once again, I set the ratings based on the cost of the hotel. Everyone understands what they want to get for a certain price, hence the expectations. If you dream that by paying 25 thousand you will get a 4-star level, then your expectations here will not be met.

The hotel is small. There is a small pool.The room (we had 202) is large, but very old. It is located on a busy street, so it is noisy.The room smells old. All the furniture is old, the walls are dirty, the air conditioner is very noisy, the entrance door is very thin. The bathroom was just cold, it was impossible to wash properly.There wasn't even a bathroom to wash your hands upon arrival.For 2 people in the room there is 1 small shampoo and 1 small shower gel.Bed linen and towels were clean.The security guard was very polite.
