There is not enough parking to park in the basement. There is no elevator to get up from the basement. You have to carry a large bag up yourself. The check-in counter works very slowly. After checking in, I still can't enter the room. The room is not available. Better yet, take your kids to play at Fat Coco and wait for them to like it. Room available at 2:37 p.m. I had to use my break time again and didn't get a room when I checked in because if I waited for the room I checked in it would be even later. The room is a bit old. Looking around, you can still see dust in the corners. The bed is firm and soft. There are a lot of pillows. I really like it. The TV screen is big. I like the swimming pool. The kids like it. I like Fat Coco. The kids like to play and play. It's very worthwhile. The caregivers take good care of the kids. But walking to the swimming pool and Fat Coco is not as convenient as it should be. Confused up and down. The location of the hotel is good. Walking to the beach is comfortable. I like it.

Salmon boiled in soy sauce, delicious noodles and chicken rice.I like that the kids club and water park can be used first while waiting for check-in. And after checking out, you can still use the service.Just a little confused at the parking lot.P.S. To enter the kids club, you must only wear socks with non-slip rubber buttons. Ordinary socks are not available, they are sold on site.

Family room mini suit 1316, priced at over 5,000, not suitable for accommodation and price. I opened the balcony and saw a building with hot steam floating in it. Can't sit on the balcony at all. The curtains and armor dust are flying everywhere. The fabric sofa is extremely itchy to sit on. You must bring a coat. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to sit down that night and the whole family would have to sleep together. Then from the room, travel to Coco Play and the restaurant. It's very complicated, going up and down stairs in many places, not suitable for very old people. Fat Coco water park opens the fountain at 10 a.m. Our family and another family of 10 families play in the water after eating breakfast at 9 a.m. A little bit, I asked the caretaker. Anyway, it has to open at 10 a.m. How did you think of that? They said you can't set the time. The kids are bored. The food prices are expensive. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety to choose from. Overall, if you are going to stay with your family and have children and elderly people, we recommend staying elsewhere. Then it's better to buy a ticket to enter Coco Play separately because anyway, Coco Play and Fat Coco open at 10 a.m. on time and don't care about customers staying. Already staying at this hotel

The great place, great location and good food maybe it sums up my experienceAt first, i come but not greeted on lobby even it’s still 7 p.m but it’s okay maybe 4 stars in here not include the bell boy.I love the rooms, the clean, comfort bed and the interiorBut I’m not impressed with the food, it’s ordinary even it’s has many option

The hotel is super well decorated and eye catching on its every corner (especially on the lobby, pool, playground, and resto area)The room is okay. The hotel gives a vibe of an old hotel which recently got rejuvenated, but I'm not sure. The front office, restaurant staff, pool staff, and playground staff are all great but I can't really say the same for the housekeeper.My daughter enjoyed our stay very much. She played a lot on the beach (which is near), at the pool, and playground (coco play).I would def recommend the family with young kids to stay here for their vacation

I really like it. Bring your children here and you won't be disappointed. Worth the room price 2500 not more than this. Delicious breakfast. Especially the very best service. The deluxe bedroom is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and fragrant. Overall, I'll definitely come back again.Highly recommended for anyone who has children or grandchildren. Don't hesitate. Come.

I'm basically reviewing this for the restaurant and conference rooms and averaging the room score. The breakfast buffet was pretty average for the price, and the conference rooms were nice and modern, and all the equipment worked.

Can't find the way to the parking lot There are no road signs at all.Employees give inconsistent informationChildren's playroomOne person said that there was no need to reserve time in the playroom. When I got to the front of the room I was told that I had to make a reservation and wait several hours.The dining room was very hot. The air conditioner is not cool at all.Turning on multiple fans doesn't help much.When checking outOne person said that the items would be delivered right to the car.After waiting in the car for a while, I went to ask.Another person said that he had to come around to receive the entrance.That is, find the way to the parking lot, walk back and forth, it's hot, and find another path. In conclusion, we have to walk back and drive again.It's difficult having small children.What should I do? Can you please let me know for clarity?

Oh my god very very bad service with ruff language even reception staff also don't know how to talk with customer. Hotel is not a customer oriental its a money hotel. And for the 10 mints late check out Ms. Somjd asking for 3500 bahth and she said if you no pay will call police. Oh my god so good language for customer… even manage Ms. Nuke came and she didn't take any action on this…Very pathetic

Booked here because of the hotel's Fat Coco swimming pool, which takes beautiful photos. There is a slide as well, which is fun to play. It appears that the pool was closed for renovations until August 7th, so I was shocked and confused. Of course, the school compensated by allowing us to use the pools of affiliated schools (Mytt, Mood, A). -one pattaya beach) Something, but it's small and not as beautiful as the hotel's pool. Can't compare at all. The staff said it was already reported on every page. So try going to look at Agoda first. Real announcement, but in small English below with some kind of annoucement. As for Facebook, it says it will be closed for maintenance until July 31. In the latest IG post, it is closed until 30 June. (Attached picture) Sigh.. Is every platform required to be updated in the same way? I think this is because the swimming pool is the highlight of this place. If you make a big announcement, there will probably be a decrease in customers. So if you deliberately make a small announcement, it might happen. And when checking in, the staff didn't notify us before checking in. After checking in, we asked where the pool was and were told the pool was closed for renovations. Told me to use something else. I couldn't speak properly, but I didn't complain about anything because even though I said it, the staff couldn't do anything. I have to face again. So it's better to write in a review. That is, we reserve a hotel because we want to use it. The facilities of that school, right? I don't want to walk across the building to use things at other hotels. I feel bad because the rooms and any services are very indifferent. There is no welcome drink. The shower in our room is difficult to use. Should come once is enough. I really feel bad ㅠㅠ

A 4-star hotel in Pattaya. A good first impression. The helpdesk was helpful but was limited by the English language. At times, it is difficult to understand the accent, but I did not find them rude as the other reviews I have read. However, the bell boys were not available to take the bags to the room.The lifts can be compact for a family of 4 with baggage. The rooms were comfortable. Did not order room service, so cannot comment on that. The beach view is great from the room. The breakfast that comes with the booking was pretty good.Overall, it was a good experience.
