Old hotel, I understand, but should do some renovations. Something very old The power socket should have a headboard. It's very difficult to use. The worst thing is the restaurant, breakfast, and the place is very cramped if compared to the number of tourists coming. Went on a Chinese tour, very chaotic, combined with no manners, uncomfortable, eating food, not happy at all.

Definitely the photos on the website. Those gloriously oversaturated images make everything look like a tropical paradise. The pool sparkles, the rooms shine, and the common areas practically glow with an aura of luxury. It’s almost like stepping into a dream… that you wake up from the moment you arrive. But hey, who needs reality when you’ve got Photoshop, right?The air conditioning in the common areas is turned off, a brilliant eco-friendly measure since the hotel isn’t fully booked. Who needs comfort when you can bask in the natural heat? It’s like the hotel is saying, “Sweat a little, save the planet!” Very green, indeed. And don’t worry about catching a chill at the breakfast buffet—the lack of AC ensures you’ll stay nice and toasty while you dine.Speaking of the breakfast buffet, it’s your typical Thai resort spread. They’ve got all the usual suspects, and they’ve even included some unexpected wildlife for your entertainment. A wild bird flying around the dining room, feeding on scraps, adds a touch of nature to your morning meal. With loose planks and splinters galore, navigating it barefoot is like a treasure hunt—if the treasure were intact feet. And the pool ladder? It’s a test of trust in physics. It’s perfect if you’re either a hobbit, enjoy showering from the bellybutton down, or simply prefer to take a bath in the morning. But be warned, the water can get so hot, you might think your body’s on fire. It’s an experience that’ll really wake you up!Poolside bar service is as rare as a solar eclipse. I did manage to snag a Coke, but after that, the staff vanished into thin air. I’m not sure if they were practicing their magic tricks or just perfecting the art of invisibility. Meanwhile, the lifeguard, bar guide, and towel boy were deeply engaged in what I assume was a group study session—on their phones.When I returned my towel, I had to rely on the honor system since no one was there to take it. Here’s hoping I don’t get charged for the privilege.To be fair, this was during the low season, so maybe things are better when the hotel’s fully operational. But if you’re looking for the best 3-star experience, where one of those stars is actually a celestial body, and the other two are…well, somewhere, this is the place for you.Just remember, the real star is the camera filter they used on the website. Bring your own AC, pool cleaning supplies, and a sense of humor!

This hotel is about 8 kilometers away from Pattaya Beach, which is busy 24 hours a day, and there are no shops of this kind nearby.This hotel is suitable for people who want to spend a day at a hotel, or who want to stay at a good price but want a hotel within walking distance by taxi.The taxi fare is around 150 baht and it is within walking distance to downtown Pattaya.This time, I was able to stay for 2 nights and 3 days, including breakfast twice, for about 2,900 baht (about 11,966 yen) 😃If you can stay at a hotel of this level for 6,000 yen per night, you will be satisfied! ️(*^◯^*)There were dozens of large buses carrying tourists, so I guess they were offering luxury hotels at very cheap prices even on tours!?️😅The breakfast buffet is average so I wonder if it's a 4 star hotel⁉️Also, there didn't seem to be any facilities other than the pool.After checking out of this hotelTake a taxi to “#North Pattaya Bus Terminal”I paid the bus fare of 131 baht and returned to Bangkok.I got there in 2 hours at the earliest 😃#8th day of the journey to overcome anxiety disease #Pattaya #PATAYA #Thailand hotel information #Pattaya hotel information #Hotel breakfast #Hotel pool #CholchanPattayaBeachResort #CholchanPattayaBeachResort #Great hotel information

It might be a coincidence, bad luck. Found a room with water leaking from the ceiling in the middle of the night 😂 Called to inform the staff, but no one took action. The air conditioned room is not cool. The view is passable, let's just say that once is enough.

I came to attend a meeting of this school on behalf of Dreamer Company. I received the service on 12 Aug. '24, leaving on 13 Aug. '24. The morning I came out, I forgot the battery charger cable on the dressing table. Contacted the hotel staff but was told that there was no charging cable. The staff answered the phone and hung up without any word. As for the air conditioning room not being cool, they reported it and there was no correction. No impression

Everything working, staff are friendly, but VERY dirty. |Rooms are not cleaned properly, there is a carpet on the floor which smells, shower head is all clogged out.

Hotel is 3 star quality. We spent 3 nights here and found it acceptable but priced higher than the value.The location is really nice; right on the beach. The pool is beautiful but water was a little cold.Walking in, the lobby was welcoming. I am canadian and booked the room forMyself and my Thai partner. I don’t understand why the front desk basically refused to speak to me, the person who paid for the room and reserved it, but rather spoke to my Thai bf. It left me feeling rather insulted!Our room was clean, nice comfy bed and spacious but showed signs of aging. WoodPeeling off cabinets, shower was dated and no matter what I did, water accumulated outside onto the bathroom floor. I think the hotel needs to be renovated to make it more modern. I see lots of potential here.The breakfast was.. below average. Food was cold and bland. Coffee was undrinkable but the worst part was.. seeing a rat running in the Mekong dining room. Totally lost my appetite after that. I also wonder why there are 2 dining areas for breakfast but we had to go to the basement one when the Chaba dining room looked cleaner and better?!Every night, tour buses arrived full of passengers who yelled and slammed doors in the middle of the night/ early morning.Regardless, if the price is lower, I would stay here again but not have the breakfast.

We took the students to camp for 1 night. The staff were lovely, good service, and helped take care of the children when we let them play in the water. The conference room is a bit small for 200 people. The rooms in the 4-story building are secretly scary. The children found that the TV suddenly turned on by itself, but the tall building has a very beautiful view. The food is ok.

Everything is good. The staff in front of the font are very good. Please contact and speak very well. The pool closes early. It's time to tell them it's closed. The restaurant is very bad. There is very little food. The restaurant closes at 10:00. We went down at 9:30 because we had to pack our things and our small child. Everything ran out very quickly. I asked for something and couldn't find anything. and came to stand and gossip about Came down late and asked for more things. We also scooped up some food for our girlfriends. When it was close to 10:00, an employee came and said that it would be closed and that we should scoop up some food. which we stand on The staff has already come to scoop it up. And then say I get bored eating it every day. I mean, the customer is still here. Why don't you let him finish eating before you come and scoop it up? Elsewhere, just sit there. It'll be another 15 minutes late, which we know. But not here at all. It's a form of grouping together to gossip. I mean, I'm not slandering you. What's good is good, but this really can't be done.
