I have made a reservation through the Agoda app for 2 rooms next to each other, adding an extra child's bed, and have paid already. When we arrived at the room, the officer in the lobby informed us that The rooms are not adjoining rooms and extra beds for children are not available but we have already paid. and spoke with an expression that was not friendly and didn't really want to serve. We don't know if he was the owner or the employee. He looked older, a middle-aged man wearing glasses. If the service and talk are bad like this I think the hotel is better not to open at all. Well, the story is that my friend has a stomach ache and wants to go to the bathroom. I wanted to go to the bathroom first, so I asked for the key. In order to go to the bathroom of the room that was reserved before upon arrival during check-in. The man with glasses threw the keys to my girlfriend. For my friend to go to the bathroom too, it's a very bad behavior, I'll tell you. There was no friendliness or desire to serve at all. And he acted like he didn't really want to serve or want us to stay. The guy with glasses said, "Can I cancel?" So I thought to myself (that's good) and asked for a full refund or not? I asked right away without even thinking about it. Damn hotel like this. Whoever wants to come and stay, please come and stay. There are no people, plus there are no dog services available. This one I'm telling from real experience that I just went there 😎🖕P.S. I received a full refund. Otherwise, I won't accept it either.

Good service. Received good care from the gentlemen. They take good care of you. The weather in the morning is good. Plenty of parking. Close to the beach and near the walking street.

The room is very good. The staff are lovely and speak well.Security guard. Very good service. Next time will come to stay again.Very cheap price, cool air conditioner, everything is good. I really like it.At first, I read the reviews and was secretly very worried, but when I saw it in person He spoke very well. The staff were even nicer than in the reviews. Thank you.

We just traveled to Bangsaen and stayed at Chan Residence and booked through Agroda. I will say that I was very worried after reading various comments that made me hesitant about staying. When the day of arrival arrives, I would like to say that the rooms are not luxurious and high-society, they look ordinary. But the cleanliness doesn't deduct points at all. The air conditioning is cool, there's a lot of trees, there's plenty of parking, there's a housekeeper, there's a security guard to take care of safety, and what's indispensable is the man who only says it's loud. When I met myself, it didn't work. The assistant might be the caretaker or the owner, not sure. He is a loud speaker who speaks loudly and clearly and gives quite good information. As for the room that is said to smell like cigarettes, it actually smells. It's their private space. Customers can't enter. Waiting to clear the room outside, they can smell the smell only when opening the mirror to talk about the details. But it depends on each person's decision to stay because each person's preferences are different. 😊P.S. I want to say that it's not as bad as I thought. 🙂 Anyone who likes peace, privacy, and nature, I recommend this place.
