Beautiful room Very relaxing The bathroom was clean and well decorated. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very good, shady, suitable for relaxing. I really like the Jacuzzi tub. The sea view from the tub is extremely beautiful. The walkway to the beach is beautiful, with lots of trees, and it's fun to walk around. Breakfast has a variety to choose from, good taste, I really like it.

Very beautiful hotel, great location, and good service. There are just a few points that I believe can be improved:- I asked the concierge if valet parking was available, and he said yes, but then asked me to park my own car. This was totally fine, but I was a bit confused about whether valet service was actually available or not.- I requested preferred room amenities a day before check-in, such as soap, tea, and pillows. During check-in, a front desk staff member asked me about the soap and then handed it to me after showing me to my room. This was also fine, but I was a bit surprised, as I’ve never been handed soap directly before. 😂- I just found out upon check-in that for 24-hour room use, I need to request it 3-7 days prior to check-in. I made this reservation a month in advance, but the reservation staff didn’t inform me of this. However, it’s fine this time as we need to leave the hotel before 2 pm the next day anyway.Overall I had a really great stay. Thank you so much for the birthday setup. Definitely coming back 😊

"Uncomfortable Stay with Multiple Safety, Maintenance, and Service Concerns"My recent stay was quite disappointing due to several issues that need immediate attention. On the first night after our return, we found the floor in our room to be abnormally wet. After contacting the front desk, a technician explained that this was due to temperature differences, leading to condensation. While I understand the science behind this, it’s not something one expects to deal with in a hotel. This issue is not only inconvenient but also indicates a need for better building design and maintenance to prevent such occurrences.Another serious concern was the shower area. The hot water tap is extremely sensitive—a slight turn can cause the temperature to spike dangerously high, which could lead to burns. This poses a significant risk, especially for children or elderly guests. I strongly recommend adding clearer bar indicators or a temperature lock feature to ensure safety. This issue was not only raised by me but also by other guests on the same day during dinner. The guests at the table next to us complained about the same problem, noting that the indicator is confusing and extremely dangerous.Additionally, the shower drainage was clogged, causing the water to overflow while showering. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel, where maintenance should ensure that facilities are clear and functioning properly, rather than waiting for complaints from guests.Moreover, the deadbolt on the door didn’t work, and the lock mechanism often failed. From time to time, the lock wouldn’t engage properly, making it easy to pull the door open. This gave no sense of security regarding privacy and the safety of personal belongings.The last straw was during my wife’s birthday celebration at their restaurant. I had communicated with the staff in the morning to bring out a cake, and before dinner, I handed the cake to the staff and spoke to them again. However, after we had finished eating, I had to ask for the cake to be brought out three times, as the staff clearly had no proper communication. We ended up waiting at the table for almost 30 minutes just for a cake. This kind of service is not what one expects from a five-star hotel.If you were to ask whether I would recommend this hotel to others, my answer would be a definite no. I believe this so-called five-star hotel is highly overrated.

It could be a very nice hotel, service was great, breakfast options are lovely but the eggs were bad and they always served it with bacon despite having a choice and saying I don’t want it. However the rooms smelt so bad I recall waking up during the night to the smell of sewerage, the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Rooms were very dark

My most favorite hotel in pattaya. Nice hotel and close to the beach. Good services and can stay 24 hours but need to inform in advance. I stayed in garden villa. So cozy and relaxing.

I really like it. The atmosphere is very good. Have gone back 2 times already. Lots of trees and lovely staff. Really get to relax. The 24h concept room type is a great answer. For customers who conveniently check in in the evening, they can use all the flexibility of the hotel. No need to rush to wake up and check out. Breakfast is until 11 a.m. It's really great. For customers who wake up late

Mr. Tar at the front takes good care of the technician.At Khun Chalong and Nutty's restaurant Was taken care of in a friendly manner It's so cute I can't help it. Makes me feel even more impressed.We saw GM Khun Aew walking and talking with employees. From eight o'clock in the morning It's a very cute picture.During check-out at noon on September 18th, the two young ladies from the front desk took very good care of me and asked questions.There is a younger sister to help take care of the luggage. It's okay. It could feel its age, but it seems to be well maintained. It was clean for a pool villa that was over 10 years old. The downside is that you can hear the sound from the villa next door very well.. No soundproofing.
