Unfortunately bad! As if it had ceased to exist three years ago. No maintenance, the pool is dirty and the water smells. No elevator. It looks like an industrial area.

The atmosphere for the first time entering from the back parking lot. Scary, very quiet during the daytimeThe swimming pool is not very clean. Breakfast was not impressive but enough to eat.

1. Can't find the entrance. There is no hotel name sign. Can't find the wheels. Google brought in from behind.2. The hotel focuses more on China. Lots of dust. Lots of renovations.3. The elevator is broken, only a few can be used. Still open the door4. Poor service, employees don't even speak well to other Chinese people.5. Asked for more towels, just nodded and waited for a long time, went to ask again and was told that the person giving them was not available. Even though I couldn't check out, I reserved three people, not two, so I got two towels.6. The parking lot under the building was flooded with dust. The entrance from the hotel parking lot looked like it had just been built. But the hotel looks very old. The hotel hall is musty.7. The bedroom air conditioner is not cool. Until evening is the next morning. Meaning when entering the room it was 29 degrees. In the morning it was just 26 degrees. Set it to be 20 from the moment you entered the room. But it's not cold at all. You don't even have to cover yourself at night.8. Swimming pool, not salt and chlorine. The edge of the pool is dusty. It's better to use the word deep-seated dust stains.One round is enough.Give points to those who do good work. The reception woman and the breakfast management staff are clean, the food is ok.

I'm not sure if it's in the process of being renovated or not. But the entrance is very narrow. The hotel's name doesn't match, causing confusion. The restaurant has a musty smell. And the dining room is a walkway to the elevator. make it out of proportion The food that was made didn't taste good. Drinking water, coffee, cups, plates, and bowls were not clean. When you pressed the water, there were floating stains. Personally, the room, if compared to the price, is considered not bad. It is spacious and clean, but nothing new. Hopefully it will be better during the renovation process.

GPS cannot navigate to the hotel. Because it leads to a one-way road, cars cannot be brought in. The location is very congested with traffic. There is no clear sign indicating the location. The phone cannot be contacted. Makes it impossible to ask for directions If you don't want to waste time traveling and staying Recommend staying somewhere else. will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad room so old and hallway very dirty. Keycard can't open the door and the door has broken also. Elevetor can stuck when have people inside more than 5 persons. This hotel has over booking i saw many booked customer don't get the room they said room is full and we need time to check-in around 2 hours and when get to the room it still cleaning not ready yet. Room is not looklike as a booking picture it worse than the picture.Smell is bad, breakfast room smell like fish market. My sink in bathroom was strucked can't drain the water.

The service is slow and does not satisfy guests when the time comes. There is a problem with data management. The guests will not come again. As for the room, it doesn't match the old cover and the bed. I told you before that at 3000 you can find something better than this in Pattaya. (Come during New Year's period)

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. When I came to Pattaya for the New Year, I would rather check out and go back to Bangkok. I feel sorry for the tourists who were attracted by the tour groups.

We had no cold water in bathroom, just hot.Also toilet was leaking sewage all over floor. Complained to reception, they fixed water temperature but not leaking toilet.Talked to reception the following morning, they suggested I email the manager.I did that, but email was ignored.Went out for afternoon and evening and on our returm toilet had not been fixed.Sewage was all over bathroom floor. House keeping had not changed our towels or been in our room at any point. Spent over 1 hour at reception at midnight trying to find a solution, but they refused to help us.Room smells like a sewer.Breakfast was also of a very poor standard.Hot buffet was cold and most food was covered in flies.Tea and coffee were undrinkable.Fruit juice was not real Fruit juice.Hotel caters for Chinese people.Appalling hotel, appalling treatment from hotel management.

The place is disgusting, the staff doesn’t care that you’re sleeping and unceremoniously rushes in to change your bed, out of 10 elevators, 1 elevator is working, the elevator can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, and the queue is 20 people. It stinks of dampness everywhere, starting from the entrance to the guesthouse, ending with the rooms, also about the rooms, I asked for one bed, they gave me two for some reason, the connection is slow, Wi-Fi barely works, it often crashes, the view from the window is of a pipe. Don't waste your money and nerves on this terrible place.
