Nice clean hotel. The rooms are cleaned, towels are changed, everything is as it should be. 2 bottles of water per day are left. The location is convenient. The staff is polite. When I arrived there was no one at the reception. I even thought that I was in an abandoned hotel. But then the Staff came. There are breakfasts. There is a cafe next to the hotel. They don't steal at the hotel, for those who are interested.

We rested with my husband at the end of March. Pleasant rooms, cleaning daily, the room was always clean, fresh bed. The food, although monotonous, was tasty and satisfying. Although the staff does not understand anything, we felt super polite. The owner or hotel administrator is a Russian-speaking woman who answered messages 24/7. always helped us. Thank you. Despite the 3 stars of the hotel, we wanted to return here. Most often foreigners settle here; it’s nice to chat with other people

Room furnishings are dated but they are really big rooms and the location is perfect. If they did some cosmetic updating and did a bit of a deeper clean, this place would be absolutely top notch, not only because of its location but because the staff was great and if you have a scooter you call pull it inside the complex right by the entry door.

We rested in this Hotele for 19 days! Price/quality 100%. Great location! The sea and the Protamnak Night Market are a leisurely 5-minute walk away! Thank you to the hostess for your hospitality!

In its price category, this hotel is perhaps the most decent of all within a radius of 600 meters. I've stayed here a lot, and it definitely wins in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Cleaning and water replenishment are carried out daily. The maid girls are very nice and friendly. I lived in both buildings, more comfortable in the second. The first one had very hard mattresses, the room was smaller and older. The bed and towels were clean, there was no doubt about that, unlike other places. The Internet did not always cope with its task and periodically fell off, for me it was vital, and this is perhaps one of the disadvantages. The hotel has a washing machine; you can do your laundry for 40 baht. The hostess responds quite quickly to requests. I definitely recommend it.

A good hotel for a budget, so you can't expect luxury for the cheap room prices, but it has a balcony, air conditioning, large fridge, private bathroom and comfortable beds as well as a kettle. It is also a five-minute walk from the beach. We recommend !

For the price it's an excellent option. Everything you need is available, from mattresses of optimal hardness to a kettle and a refrigerator of a completely normal size, which does not turn off when leaving the room.Cleaning daily. The location is excellent, all the necessary shops are nearby (7/11, Lotus, Big C (mini), the embankment is a 3-minute walk, Russian street and night market are 10 minutes away.The hostess Violetta is friendly and pleasant.In general, keep it up, Jardin!

Small, simple, but quite cozy hotel. We felt at home there. Polite and helpful staff. Every day the room is cleaned, fresh bed linen, clean towels and a couple of bottles of water. Breakfast in the morning with delicious coffee.The rooms have everything you need (refrigerator, kettle, safe). Stable Wi-Fi.We left valuables in the room, nothing was missing.Excellent geolocation. 5 minutes to the sea. 10 minutes to Pratumnak night bazaar (Russian bazaar).Within walking distance from the hotel there is almost everything your heart desires ;)Many thanks to the hostess Violetta for her hospitality and care for her clients!I can’t help but mention the guest of this hotel, Rustam. An extremely responsive, positive and friendly guy. He helped a lot and gave a lot of useful recommendations. Just for his presence, I would add an extra star to this hotel :)

I stayed in the superior room from 8th to 12th Dec 2023, and I think it’s amazing, really clean room and hotel. The staff is also amazing and really helpful. The manager is easily reachable on WhatsApp. You get free water bottles and paid laundry services and paid breakfast as well. I would definitely recommend this place. Best bet for your money!

Wonderful hotel! Everything is nearby, the staff is helpful, cleaning is regular, breakfast is hearty! I recommend it for an active holiday in Pattaya, and not wallowing in your room from morning to evening. Sea - 5 minutes walking distance. Excellent 3rd class, the mattresses are elastic, not worn out. The location is great, 100 meters from the sea, shops and the night market are all within walking distance. Well, the hostess is very friendly and responsive. + the price is very decent. I recommend it.

For two stars it’s perfect. Location is fantastic, you can walk with your dogs easily on the beach. Nice and cheap food in 7-11 right on the beach, like 2 mins from hotel. Another side - open food court on the street with European cheap food.They don’t change bedding and towels as expected in two stars hotels. AC is cooling great. No parking, you can park somewhere on the road, not forbidden.If you try to make your holiday cheap but good location is preferable for you - choose this hotel.
