Accommodation is quite good. Day of stay: 2 rooms Another room's air conditioner is not cool. But it was already 2 a.m. The security guard came to help look at it. There is a spare room key. The security guard had them open. In case of changing rooms But I didn't dare open it for fear of having guests staying. Then take the reception steam air rest and go up. In the morning I have to rush to Bira Circuit. Come back and check out. The hotel came to apologize. Explain that there is always a spare room available. but not coordinatedI'm pleased that the hotel is responsible. Gave a gift as an apology Overall, it's a good standard of service.If there is a mistake, please correct it. Next time I will have to lower the price.

Stayed for 2 nights, 2 rooms, 2 people per room, 1 key card for each room.The first night went well. On the morning of the 2nd day, 3 people went to work early and 1 person left the room late. And the key card was left in the lobby and asked for a receipt to be issued.At midnight, 3 people returned and couldn't find their room keycards. And there was no one at the front. So I inquired with the security guard. The security guard helped call the line. There were no officers to answer, so we sent a security guard through the school's line. I heard a loud line sound at the counter. So I told the security guard that there was no need to call. The officer should have left the phone here. Ask the security guard to help you open the room where you can't find the key card to get your stuff, and ask to open the room again so you can go in and rest. The security guard arranged it for you. And ask us to help inform the front desk as well. He was afraid of being scolded.The next morning, we went to check out and informed the front desk staff about the incident. The front desk will charge us 500 baht. where the key card is lost We therefore protested because we were not the ones who lost it. In the meantime, we called and asked the person who returned the key card to whom it was returned. I found out that a receipt had been issued. The employee opened and looked at the picture of our company's name that had been taken. Therefore, the camera was turned on during the time the photo was taken. In conclusion, we really got it back. But I don't know who took it. The front office has apologized to us. We therefore emphasize again that I was the one who asked the security guard to help me open a new room. because there is no key card Can't contact anyone And it's not the security guard's fault. The front office told us not to worry. I will manage it myself.But we are worried because When we reported the incident, the front office talked about the fine first. But the next thing was standing and talking like, Until now, security guards must be forbidden from doing this. The next thing that we thought was not okay was Front tried to ask us: Old room with missing key card Have you turned on the room to use electricity, water, or slept in the room? Well... We already explained that we moved rooms and removed things.And after this I don't know if that security guard will be affected or not. who opened the room for usFront desk here, good service 🙄

Initially this hotel is very impressive, with the largest entrance and lobby area I have ever seen! Unfortunately when you stay you begin to notice problems...our balcony door and screens didn't close or lock, and the shower curtain and bathroom ceiling looked like a health hazard!The reception staff, when they were present, tended to ignore us and avoid eye contact with us, but the breakfast staff were lovely.The pool was huge, but in dire need of tile repairs.This hotel is more geared towards large group bookings... groups of adults or 150 children at a time, several times a week whilst we were there! We appeared to be the only individual booking.But we enjoyed our stay in the area.
