Very rude lady owner. We were standing outside a hotel and waiting for a taxi. She literally asked us to leave HER land for no reason, we were doing nothing: no drinking, no smoking, no any other issues.Very sad :(

The first question is, who am I looking for??? Check in at 6:00 pm and still have to wait for a room. The reception was not professional at all. We booked through an app. It was like we didn't check with the app that someone had come to ask us if we had reserved for today or not. The counter said they were not ready to accept. People who booked today are tired, as if they booked within the day of their stay. They asked to see our booking and took a photo but didn't check in the system. We checked in and stood and complained to the customer before us. There was an old air conditioner and a television, but there was no remote control. The bed head plug has only 1 hole. As far as I could see, there was only one staircase in the middle of the hotel. If there was a fire, I would probably have jumped out of the back of the room and had to run to the dead stairs before the narrow entrance. It's an app. Why are there only good reviews? Once is enough here. Almost 1400/night, nothing impressive.

It's the worst hotel I've ever been to. There are tons of cockroaches and mosquitoes in the hotel, and I was bitten by mosquitoes 10 times in just 5 minutes of staying at the hotel. However, they never gave a refund and even lied to the brokerage application, calling the customer a liar. I really hope you don't go after seeing this review.

Reserved Agoda for the night of December 31, went to wait to check in from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. didn't get a room. At first, went up to room 210 without a key. I went up and the cleaning lady said, "How did you get up?" There was someone in this room. When I went down to ask, there was no answer. I asked ten times, will I get a room and there was no answer? Tell me room 210. Wait. It'll take almost 2 minutes. Hours. The other people who came after 5-6 rooms all got the keys. I'm confused as to why they gave me the vacant room first. There was a foreigner who just came and asked to see the room. I took the room key and had him look at it. And why didn't you give us that room? I'm really confused. How do you handle it? It's very bad. Asked questions but didn't get an answer. Waited for almost 2 hours. So I asked if there would be a room for me and I replied, trying to find someone to stay in. If not, I'd refund the money. Yes, I tried to find out what it was. If I didn't have it, I said nothing. I didn't say anything. Let the customers sit and wait. The waiting place was hot. There was no service at all. Very bad. Don't look for a place to stay. The condition of the hotel is very haunted. Do you speak English? But I don't know how to speak Thai. I'm confused. There's only the word confused. I want to sit and hold hands and talk. How do I manage this? I don't understand. This hotel will probably prosper. I understand that there are many people. At the end of the year, I'll be managing just my aunt alone. If you can't take it, do you want to find more people? Oh wow, I've never met one before. Even though I had actually booked on Agoda for 31 nights, everywhere I went to look, it was full. Made everyone else suffer. There is no solution to any problem. Until now, I still don't know what the problem was when I couldn't get the room. I don't want to discuss it either. Can't help but be upset, wasting time. The atmosphere is completely ruined. Really terrible. Paid 1400 baht for wasted time. Should have returned more. Had to drive back to Bangkok because there was no place to sleep!!!!!!!!!

The picture shows an old item. I reserved with Agoda and couldn't find the room I reserved. I was confused. Before I got the room, I had to search for a long time. The room condition is old. Older televisions have unclear pictures. The water has run out and hasn't flowed since 10 p.m., looking for a water truck to fill it up, at 4 a.m. the noise is loud, there is no breakfast. The room smells musty. Parking is narrow, the only good thing is that it's close to the sea.

There is a room insurance fee of 1,000 baht in case anything is damaged. Even though it is a very old school, I thought to myself..the room must definitely be luxurious!!*Wait to enter the room for 3 hours. Said the housekeeper is cleaning.*The counter is not modern at all.*There is no air conditioner remote in the room. You have to climb up and turn on the machine.*The bedsheet still has sand and is not clean.*There is no water, tea, coffee in the room. There is no breakfast.*The old TV is broken and cannot be viewed.*Water does not flow during the evening, almost until morning.*In the bathroom, there is 1 water bowl provided.*Called and didn't answer the customer's phone. Probably unplug the cable from the machine. because there is a signal*I think that in the future, if the price is 500 baht, I probably won't stay.*Looking forward to checking out the next day. Will I get my money back? Insurance fee!!!*Sigh!! Very bored!!

Near the mall, near the sea, near 7-Eleven.If you ask how the inside of the room is? It's quite bad. An old refrigerator, an ancient TV, the screen cannot be viewed in a cabinet. You can use shrimp antennae or fish bones. The hotel didn't provide water at all for 2 days and no one came to ask if the room was cleaned. There wasn't any. There was no drinking water. There was no shampoo. There are only 2 pillows available, not up to standard.As for the day I came, it was the 4th, 25th, and 26th, which is 2 days and 3 nights. I came to the Pattaya Fireworks Festival 2023. The first night, the water flowed OK. The 2nd night, there was no water for showering. The water didn't flow. The hotel said I bought water at noon. It's now around 2:00 a.m. and I haven't taken a shower yet.When I asked the hotel, Muang Hotel did not have any answer.There is no breakfast garden. Everything in the room is canceled. There is no hot water bottle provided. Normally, hotels have to have a coffee pot, but here there is nothing. Even the sheets to wipe your feet means you have to find and lay it yourself. I'm out of description. If anyone doesn't want to experience a hotel like this, please move to another hotel.Or if I suggested last night to book a hotel nearby, it's next to 7-Eleven. What I saw was that the service staff was extremely good, very good. I was walking on the side of the road and he was a customer staying here. Is he coming to carry my luggage for me? I really want to give the center 0 stars. The pictures given to the actual places are a different story. The important thing is that the smell of the room is really bad. It's very stuffy. Clean near the bar streets and Pattaya's biggest shopping mall opposite the swimming pool. And the downsides dilapidated in need of renovation and the cheapest balcony rooms view is the wall of the building
