Recommend to people who are looking for accommodation, if you want a good hotel, go find another place.We booked a room through the app. Full payment = no roomNot just one person There were no rooms for more than 30 people (I don't know how many rooms). There were people waiting to check in for about 2-4 hours. Without informing them why they should wait.There are a lot of hotels in Chonburi. Anyone who wants to book anywhere, just book. But not here. Warning with good hope

It's the same thing. On the 31st, I made a reservation and paid. When I got there I was told the room was full. When the hotel told me to send a request for a refund via email. Sent it and it was quiet with no sign of getting the money back.

Whoever wants to reserve here, think carefully. Book through the app on the night of December 31st. Booked several days in advance and was told to check in at 2 p.m. We went and waited at 2:00 p.m. to get in line, so we continued. When we got to the queue and handed it to him to look at, he said you can wait. I'll call you again. Confused.1 So we asked, what are we waiting for? They said we were waiting for things to be completed but we would definitely get a room. We waited almost an hour and there was no contact. When we came back and saw people lining up, we said yes, this time we will definitely get the key. In conclusion, we were told the room was full, counting 100 people straight away. That was shocking. Then chased them to find a place to stay on their own without any responsibility. The money still hasn't been returned. They told them to contact the app they booked with. The app told them to contact the hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever visited. We booked the hotel more than 2 weeks prior but at the booking date when we visit the hotel, they told that hotel is already fully occupied and, they don’t have any room to give us. We visited from Sri Lanka, they don’t concern about people. More than 10 people have face that problem on that day. Please never visit there. Foods are not good comparing to other two hotels we stayed at Thailand. They don’t clean the pool. Only good thing they have a pool table n mini gym. Rooms are okay .

Called in advance and they confirmed a reservarion. Upon arrival they said no rooms and had clearly sold it to some one else. Not cool. Can’t get away with these moves in the days of google reviews Mr Hotel Manager. The first night I just stayed at the party and checked in the next day. Your beds are absolutely awful as well. A horrid 2 night stay. Avoid

#Recommended before booking, read reviews first!!! I already reserved a room with the hotel. The accommodation fee has been transferred. Went to check in instead of going straight into the room. Instead, we had to wait two to three hours. Then came to inform the customer that there were no rooms. The room was full, giving the reason that many apps were open for reservations. I can't control it, I don't understand. But the person who contacted the hotel directly Why didn't you tell the customers from the beginning that the room was full? Why do customers transfer money for reservations? Wasting both time and feelings Had to find a new hotel when it was already evening. Recommend improving the system and employees as well. If you make a mistake, please apologize. But you have to really feel it too. It's not a straight-faced apology. I didn't feel anything. #Recommend good accommodations, recommend looking elsewhere. Accommodation fee is 1200 but the TV has only 2 channels. Ask the staff and they say they are renovating it. If it is being renovated, it should not be opened for guests to stay in that room. The air conditioner doesn't quite reach the bed. The room is not soundproof. Breakfast is meat-based, with only vegetables.The taste is very bland. The most delicious is fried eggs. There is no variety. For a price like this, you have to look at many places as an example.

Very bad. Booked through Agoda since December 26th. When checking in, the staff said the room was full. Even though all the money has been paid There is no responsibility from the hotel. Including the management, it's very bad. Run away, don't reserve this hotel. When you went to check in, you knew that it wasn't just us, but there were about 70 people who had already paid. But when I arrived I was told the room was full. There is no remedy even though the school is completely at fault. Do not come to stay at all. Schools like this suck.

The check-in system is very bad. People waited from the time they were supposed to check in at 2:00 p.m., 40-50 people. Many people came to make a reservation and didn't get to sleep because it was full even though they had already paid for the reservation. The entire case booked through line fb agoda was completely rejected. It wasn't just 2-3 cases, but 20-30 people because of a very poor management system. Citing all kinds of things here and there. I don't feel sorry for people who come from far away.As for me, if I didn't stand in front of the counter, I would probably be one of those people who didn't have a place to stay on New Year's night.When entering the room The shower hose fell off again. It's like it's not tight. The air conditioned room was not cool at all, there was only wind. Called to come look 3 times, waited for hours and still didn't come. Check-in is confusing. It's slow. There are many customers who don't look at each case. Look at this person. The bedroom air conditioner cannot be adjusted. The lobby air conditioner is cold. The pillows are flat and not fluffy, unlike hotel pillows. If you ask for an additional 50 baht per ticket, the bathroom is on the 7th floor, the water is not strong. The morning meal was not enough for the guests. You have to wait for it to be refilled, and the customer scoops it up. The mood is like a pork pan restaurant with shrimp added. There's still no toast. It's only 9 o'clock. The plates are all gone. The spoons are all gone. The glasses are all gone. The sauce is all gone. What's not gone is water and orange juice. (It's almost gone too.)The factory is clean.
