Beautiful hotel, the rooms are clean and have all a very beautiful view of the ocean! The staff is very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is clean and you can find it on the second floor. Downstairs are breakfast restaurants and there's a great drink shop. Opposite are delicious sea food restaurants on the boulevard. And 7/11 is in the street. The big beach of Bangsaen is to the left. You can walk it or book a Grab (like Uber) taxi for the rest of Bangsaen.

Bangsaen Royal Beach is a condo that is both owned and rented out. Rooms for rent are both owner-rented. With the law of the condo for rent, lots of parking, near Bang Saen Beach. Near Bang Saen Walking Street, there is an elevator, although it is a bit old. But it works well, the walkways are clean, there is no bad smell, there is a swimming pool and a minimart available.Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the building.

I had a great stay here for a week .I'm falang,so had difficulty communicating,but I have to say staff were Great .They give me a large room with amazing view .The hotel has seen better days its very old thai style in a bad way .Bed was solid ,no sockets by bed ,no USB sockets ,but the worse thing was the double glazing balcony windows room 1015 ,the noise from the wind screeching,we found it better to leave them open about 2 inches and the screeching stopped.I Had a problem with a light and it was fixed in minutes .I Would stay here again ,because of price and location and friendly staff.

Very beautiful room 403 Get a view of the trees swaying in the breeze. Come help filter sunlight. See the sea without being completely bald. Sunset in front of the room The room is clean and modern, the room is spacious, there is a sofa to relax in the room and outside the balcony there are beach seats to sit and listen to the sound of the waves all day and all night. If anyone wants a room that sees the entire sea, choose the room style x06 710

Cheap rooms are like student rooms.There is parking available.Morning shift service, good service and adviceBut the night shift is a human being. Someone calls at night and won't accept the room. I'm going to Line and tell my aunt that she doesn't read Line. We went to buy things and were told to buy them at 7-Eleven. Seven has more stuff. Well, it's night already. Seven isn't even close. You have to walk quite a bit.

The room is very old, like being tricked. It doesn't look good. Book another place. The room is very scary. The price of 1390 is considered very expensive. Like this, it will cost 4-5 hundred baht. The room smells musty, the elevator is old, like it's not a hotel. It was bought by the owner of each room and then sold the room on a daily or monthly basis. Overall, it's not okay, scary, old, musty, doesn't match the description. Please find another place. Most importantly, don't book a hotel with the name Room. It's the same network. Not okay at all.

Staying in room 1012, the view is very good, you can see the sea from the balcony, the price is only 1000, even on public holidays it's the same price👍👍 Parking is convenient.
