Really lovely hotel!My room opened up to a very cute private balcony and the swimming pool, the room was clean, spacious and had the charm of Thailand, lots of wooden furniture and vintage glass windows. The lady on reception was super helpful and kind and even gave me a banana cake gift when I left. Unfortunately, I only had one night at this hotel but I will 100% stay here again when I’m back in Thailand.The location was good in the respect It’s away from all the busyness of Pattaya Beach and very very close to the northern bus terminal. It took me about three minutes to walk there with my suitcase. It took me about 40mins to walk into town, with lots of authentic Thai food along the way. I feel very lucky I got to stay here🙏.

Called to ask if there was a room available. The staff responded very well. I didn't ask to stay for free. If you're not willing to do the work, you don't have to do it. It's terrible. I've never seen anyone speak so poorly.

I've stayed 2 times already. The room is overall ok, but the 2nd time when checking out, the staff threw me a little, not cute at all. I felt very bad that day. But we were very calm and walked out.

The short-haired employees are really rude and have no service.Speak irritatingly to customers. Tell me you stole the money from the hotel. So I said give me the camera, but he wouldn't let me. Then he told me that you guys should go. Put it on too. Habits are broken. His personality is much older than this age.

The staff provided very bad service. They said they had never seen anything like this anywhere. They spoke rudely and chased away customers. My aunt was shaking and chased away customers. Whoever wants to move in, think carefully.

The receptionist aunt has never been friendlier every time she's stayed here. You're always like this. I don't understand why there is service work.Speak without a voice, acting like we're asking to sleep for free.Having worked for a long time, it's not like you can treat customers any way you want. The hotel used to have many buildings but sold them to other owners.If you want to use the swimming pool, you have to tell the receptionist to open it because the pool is in another building and can only be used at 6:00 p.m. Parking is limited.

We stayed here for 2 nights . They dont have any slipper to wear in the room. The staffs were not friendly. It was not special as we expected . The swimming pool is good and the room is clean. Unfortunately our room was not the same side of swimming pool .We had to cross the street to get swimming pool.

Avoid! Beyond terrible service from the lady at reception. She was rude, unhelpful and nasty. She actually made the stay horrible. The room was fine, the location was good if you want to be near the bus station and actually the hotel cleaners were friendly but I would not recommend as you can definitely get the same price of hotel but with much better service and better location, just don’t bother spending your hard earned money here: they don’t deserve it.

It is a 7-minute walk from the Northern Bus Terminal.It's nice to be close to the terminal when returning to Bangkok.Other than that, it's a bit of an ambiguous place.It doesn't really matter if you go with a bolt.The hotel is divided into Building B and Building C.The swimming pool is in building C, and although it is small, it is well maintained and in good condition.There's a coin laundry in Building B, so it's great for doing laundry.

The room is beautiful and clean. I thought I was in Chiang Mai. If it were Chiang Mai, it would be several thousand baht. But here the price is only 700. At first I was worried about the reception according to the reviews, but when I actually went to stay there was no problem. The service was good. If I forgot something, I sent it back. The location was good. Surrounded by restaurants, not far from various tourist attractions, including Terminal21 Central, South Pattaya, is another recommended accommodation.

Stay 13-15 April 2024 for 1,100 baht, no breakfast. Got a room next to the pool. My son likes it very much. Accommodation location is available. Parking is a bit small, service is good, clean room, beautiful pool, room amenities include a hair dryer, hot water bottle, a place to cook, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

Use the service date 05-06/04/2024Didn't reserve in advance, there is a room ready.Good service, polite speaking staff Arrived at nearly 9 p.m. The staff are still waiting to provide you with no facial expressions. The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, the water is warm, and the cable TV is ready.

The attitude at the front desk is very bad! ! ! The attitude when checking in and checking out was ridiculously bad! I just rolled my eyes at you. After staying for 3 days, I didn’t feel anything else. I just felt that the front desk kept making faces, as if we owed her money. It was really speechless🙄️Be careful when choosing this hotel, it will ruin your trip. good mood! ! ! ! !

The most annoying waiter I've ever encountered. Auntie with short blonde hair It's very funny to talk about. There was no doubt at all. Suddenly, I raised my voice. If it's the aunt next door This one will slap you once or twice. The other people talked well with all of us, giving advice and explaining details about various rooms. But the blonde-haired aunt is It's like an old person who isn't modest. Talk like a child 15 16 I don't know if the hotel owner knows about this. So why do people who talk like this still stay? The room is ok, very good, but the people here are the best. Whenever I travel, I will never pass by this hotel. I have siblings, aunts and uncles who will share it with each other. Went to stay for 4 days and 3 nights. There are so many stories, I can't tell them all.

I don't know if it's an employee or someone else. I speak very badly. There was a Korean customer who forgot the key card in the room. And his phone is not a Thai number, unable to contact the hotel number. So he came to ask for our help and had us call him. The person who answered the phone sounded like he had just woken up. Then he spoke sarcastically, like he was annoying. Should the person answering the phone be ready to serve at all times? If you're not ready, just change the number in front of the hotel.
