10 minutes walk from the beach. There is a 7-Eleven, local restaurants and pubs near the hotel.The bathroom smells a little bit, but it's not a big problem. At this price, the infrastructure surrounding the hotel and the room condition are great value for money.

Terribly nasty night worker at the reception, how many times I came, always a biased attitude. It’s deceiving that there are no rooms for 900 baht, once I didn’t return the deposit, I found some kind of stain, although the bed was initially dirty and this is normal in this hotel. This was the last visit to this hotel!

I think the Jomtien area is the best in Pattaya for those who want to rest quietly and has good accessibility to the city.Above all, this hotel is very well maintained and the staff are all friendly and always smiling.No complaints, just gratitude.

it was ok, staff was nice at a mayor level the room was good overall but one thing that was really pissy was that one of the already water glas bottle in the fridge spruck because it was so cold in the fridge. Asked the staff about it and they wanted 60 baht for it.

Loved this hotel : Staff are brilliant , room is nice and big , stayed here for 1 week and no issues , roof top pool is nice and great location , 5-6 min on a scooter in to pattaya no complaints from us! Wifi is good and beds are comfortable, for what i paid this was a great deal and close to a 7/11 👍

We, my wife and I give LawinTa a 8/5 as it relates to the staff. All of them, each and every one of them were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. It just made our time here more enjoyable. The location is great, a short walk to the Rompo market and 10-12 min walk to the beach. 7-11 is 3 minutes away.We are very empresses by the staff. Thank you so much.

I stayed for about 5 weeks. Pretty decent, quiet, functional room. Excellent front desk and service staff. Close to Rompho market, second road and accessible to Jomtien in general. Price is reasonable for the comfort and quality. Overall a well managed and cared for hotel. I will consider staying again if I am in that area

Going to stay for the first time Traveling is very easy, there is parking, a swimming pool, and a lot of things to eat because there is a 7-Eleven at the mouth of the alley and there is a market as well. It's also next to the sea, but we have to cross the road and enter an alley not very far. If I go to Jomtien again, I will stay here again.

I lived in the hotel for a week, overall I liked everything, the pool is on the eighth floor. Very beautiful view from there. I would not recommend it with small children because, as it seemed to me, the pool is not very safe for small children. I didn't have breakfast, I can't say anything about the food. But there was a strange incident. When you check in, there are two glass bottles of water in your room. I drank the water and threw it into bottles; when the room was cleaned, the trash was taken out. On the fourth day of my stay, they asked me where the empty glass bottles were, saying they were returning them. To be honest, I was confused because I didn’t see a single advertisement or warning about the fact that you don’t need to throw away bottles.I paid 100 baht compensation and left))
