This hotel is located just in the right place in the heart of the action , but very quiet in the evening to sleep , great places to 2 minutes away as in Kungs I highly recommend you try it .

Check in ok, but 1000 deposit. Some areas inside building empty. Renovating? I dont know. 1 pool not in use. Hall floor, specialy the hall floor were the rooms are are very dirty with dust on the floor.Rooms are clean, big enough, aircon good and quite, shower pressure good, bed good. Price /Quality in my opinion good. Payed around 24 euro.

The location and room is decent. Below average service. I had booked a room via agoda, and upon arrival they were saying that the room is not yet confirmed and put us through hell a lot of rucus. Then when I came back, I needed some space to change, but was rude and didn't give us the same. Not satisfied with the way they treat the guest. Food was average. Will recommend to look elsewhere.

.I think it’s ok.Breakfast is rich, varied, clean and delicious..Breakfast will be removed on time at 10 o'clock.Only one of the three swimming pools can be used.Small and clean, with a water depth of 130 meters.The location of the hotel is pretty good, very close to the seaside..Originally booked for one night, but later extended the stay for another night.Stayed in Pattaya for five days and four nights (it’s great here)—————The road leading to the room is under renovation, the elevator is a bit old, and the attitude of the waiters in the restaurant is very good, but I don't really like the new counter waiter who has no smile (maybe because of nervousness)There are many channels on the TV in the room that are very noisy, but I can’t actually understand it. It’s just playing ~ haha; the bathroom door is pushed inward, which will block the use of the washbasin (I have to close the door to wash my hands and face smoothly)Can I use the swimming pool after checking out at the counter? (I wish I had used it before checking out). I used it after staying for two days and the water was quite clean. It felt like a vacation.The hotel's location is quite close to the seaside. There are many massage parlors and car rental shops nearby. The hotel is hidden in an alley in a shopping area. When I first arrived, the driver couldn't find it in the navigation (the location seemed inaccurate), but when I arrived, When you walk in from the alley, you will see the grand and peaceful hotel building. It feels like a great hotel, and the room price is not very high.2024.09.26 Safe and clean, I would like to stay here again

You get what you pay for, as a solo traveler this hotel was perfect for me it is very peaceful the stuff are also helpfull have a mini bar Wich does not look like a bar the food was alright the gym is very run down the pool looks good and has depth I would personally stay again but as for those looking for luxury this is not the place for you

*Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend*We had a horrible experience at this hotel. The moment we checked in, the place looked little wierd, the room smelled awful, and it was clear the place was not clean. The balcony was rusty and unsafe. We went straight to the front desk to inform them we were checking out, and the staff’s response was unbelievably rude. The front desk clerk immediately told us it was non-refundable, even though we hadn’t even asked about the money at that point.The lack of cleanliness and the rude attitude of the staff made our stay unbearable. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away if you value your health and want decent customer service.

The hotel is Located in the centre. That's the only plus point. I had a bad experience during my stay. I booked a Twin bed room but they allocated a double bed. When I checked with the receptionist and the response was so poor. In terms of food the buffet breakfast is okay.

The location of the hotel is very quiet, and the bed is really good for sleep. I fell asleep almost instantly, which is rare. Normally, I would scroll through my phone on the bed and think about things. After staying for two nights, I fell asleep and fell asleep at dawn, haha.

Stayed again last year due to agoda promotion. Since I was driving, I chose a parking lot near Bukkao. It's further back than along Renky, so it's quieter, the staff is very responsive, and the rooms are clean. I think this is the best place I've stayed near Bukkao so far.

It’s fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing special. Okay hotel to stay. Some staff are friendly. Some can’t be bothered. It’s fine. Rooms are okay. I did enjoy their pillows though. I had a little balcony too. For “safety” reasons they collect everyone’s ID upon visiting your hotel room.

The hotel is quite good, but it needs renovation, and the staff is very cooperative. The drawback is that it is located in the middle of a neighborhood full of loud bars and indecent views. I do not advise conservative families to live in it.

I highly do not recommend this hotel. It has a huge number of disadvantages - catastrophically poorly cleaned rooms, after cleaning in the room lying piles of other people's hair - looks terrible. Towels and bed linen are all terribly dirty. The hotel itself has not been renovated for a long time, the walls all around shabby, all broken. The pool is dirty with broken 20 years old sunbeds. The hotel is noisy from the nearby bars - you will not rest good. Breakfast is also bad - small choice, and that there is not tasty.I absolutely do not recommend to waste time and money on this hotel, pay attention to hundreds of other options around.

Can't be worse, the door don't close the renovation inside is poor bathroom smells mosquito is other issue swimming pool are not clean and break is bad. The staff is polite that is good but give them some work or request the answer is sorry we can not do that

It is considered better than the price. The room is clean, the mattress is good, the breakfast is ok, the air conditioner has its filter cleaned, most of the time 90% found it but didn't clean it. Recommended.
