I think this is a good hotel for the price. Its centrally located close to the beach. Rooms are clean and decent. There can be some communication issues with staff and the pool got demolished recently but overall I had a good experience here.

There is a spider hanging in another corner. Moreover, another spider was in the sink (did not take a picture), that is the feeling that this room has not been used for a very long time. There was a cockroach in the room too.The towels are dirty with stains. The foot towel is grey in colour.The bed in the room is a broken bed. The sheet is grey and all see through because it is very thin.On the duvet cover, on the pillowcases - incomprehensible stains.The feeling is just horrible and disgusting!I went to the reception and asked to change my room. I was given a second key and went to see the room.The first thing I saw was two huge stains on the sheet! The sheet is the same grey colour.Everything else was exactly the same as in the first room: dirt, stains, dust, cobwebs.Back at the reception, I told the girl that I wanted to cancel the reservation as it was impossible to live in such conditions.She called someone, explained something in Thai and then handed the phone to me. The screen lit up with "BOSS."The man suggested I get another number, to which I replied that I had already looked at 2 and the situation is terrible in both, I don't want to live here. He replied that he could not return anything to me - contact Agoda and if you want you can leave now. This is the first time I have encountered such unsanitary and dirty.At the same time, the rating and photos of the hotel are very good! It's very strange.Moreover, while I was sitting near the reception looking for a new place to stay, I saw a lot of Thais coming there - both families and young girls.
