The hotel is old, but the rooms are clean, the room is cleaned every day. Using mechanical keys is a bit inconvenient here. The breakfast buffet is okay but not rich.

So, this is my second stay at this hotel in a week. First time wasn't the greatest (room wasn't awesome), but I booked both times together, so here I am again.This time around, the room was decent for the price, like a 2 or 3-star kind of place. It had good lighting, no water from A/C dripping, no carpets (which is a plus for me!), and no weird smells.But here's the dealbreaker: the parking situation. I wasn't even staying overnight. I booked specifically for the Ed Sheeran concert (the hotel is close to the stadium in a walking distance), figuring I'd have a guaranteed parking spot and leave around midnight. Big mistake! After the concert, a bunch of cars parked in front of mine, blocking me in. The staff had no clue who owned any of them, and it took me until 2 am to finally get my car out. Needless to say, not super happy about that.**Long story short, won't be staying here again. **

I loved the luxurious vibe of the hotel room. You can see the great river from the inside and the mesmerizing views of the city. I had the room all for myself and it was so huge I started getting creeped out. The fact that there was a door that is locked but is connected to another room kept me restless. I loved the facilities, especially the pool and the gym where even if I didn’t use the latter, it’s just nice to know that other visitors who follow a strict workout routine can still exercise in the comfort of their hotel whilst traveling.The breakfast buffet was good but the repetition of it is kinda dull so hopefully they switch it up everyday for the visitors’ liking. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, just hoped that the lights are not too dim that it looked like we were staying in a place from The Shining

The soundproofing of the hotel room is very poor, and you can clearly hear the conversation in the next room. The air conditioner is loud. The property is clean. The hotel is next to the river bank, so you can see the river view. Breakfast has many choices. The hotel is in a good location, with shopping centers nearby and not far from the airport. The hotel receives a large number of Chinese tour groups, so the quality is not good. Not a hotel worth recommending.

They have well maintained room. The thing I have noticed from other places is a faster elevator. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet. On our visit to thailand we have stayed in 3 hotels , out of which rest of the 2 were 4 star hotels.but the breakfast buffet in this hotel is so far better than other hotels. Kudos to the team.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to Bangkok for a concert. The hotel is really near (not that near) to the stadium. You don't need to be scared to walk from this hotel to the stadium because you will be accompanied by a lot of people to the same destination.

We are the only women going to stay. Because I have to take an exam in that area. When we were getting dressed, a male employee used a key card to enter the room. We were very shocked at that time. Hurry and report below. Waiting for more than an hour Even though it was known that it was the hotel employee who used the Master key to enter and did not receive any apology from the employee. It's only likely that the manager came to apologize. So we asked whether the staff normally doesn't check before cleaning to see if this room has been checked out by customers or whether the staff should pay more attention to the PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB sign. Since we reserved 2 nights, we checked out on the day. That's it. No one dares to stay. Just now we went to sit and read the reviews and there were people who encountered the same thing as us, where a male employee used a key card to enter the room. At first we thought it was an employee's mistake. But now I'm beginning to not be sure if it's Jake Na or not. We are writing this review to warn many people who will come to stay here, think carefully, there is no safety at all.
