Forgot your phone in the room. When checking out, before returning, the staff and housekeeper will check the room. At first I said I didn't see it anymore. We call the phone, turn it off. Even though before it was playing normally. When I asked to go up to the room to look for him myself. Open the door and see the housekeeper. along with the phone Then submit it back and let them know you found it. When I tried calling again, the phone could dial in normally.I don't know exactly what the intention is. If we don't ask to come up at that time right away, will we get it back?The staff at the counter provided poor service.

The air conditioned room was not so cool that I had to ask to change rooms. The service staff is very bad. It's bad like I've never seen it done anywhere. Any building has bad habits. We called to confirm that we were going to check in. When we arrived we were told that the room was full. Had to drag the bag and walk to another building. Employees talk like they own the building.It will probably prosper. It's like this. #I want the owner to see the review!

I really like this place. The rooms are clean, fully furnished, the rooms are spacious, there is parking, there is 1 sedan and 1 motorcycle, there is enough parking. The security guard takes care of everything. Very impressive If you don't have a job transfer go home Will stay here for a long time.

The room is very good, close to 7-Eleven, near Lotus, plus next to the main road, easy to travel. In the alley, it can be penetrated into many alleys. Lovely good service staff I forget my keycard very often. But there is a housekeeper waiting to open 24 hours a day, which is great 😂 Very convenient.

I would like to criticize the employee at the counter. She is a chubby woman with short hair. The customer service is terrible. If you ask me anything, I'm not interested at all. Too busy looking at the phone all the time When customers come in to inquire, we should provide better service than this. The first time I stayed, I wasn't impressed at all. The accommodation is nice but the staff can't handle it.
