Before going, if you want to be sure. You should call or Line to inquire and reserve in advance.Stayed on 29 Sep. 2024. Location near the Center of Excellence, Sripat Hospital, just a few steps away. Safe, close to food and dining areas convenience store The place is really great. There is enough parking, there is a security guard to take care of you, tea and coffee, hot and cold water. Plus beautiful long bananas as a snack. The elevator is wide, clean, modern, able to go up and down every floor (no vest). Price for a double room with new, large air conditioner is 690 baht, very spacious. Clean and orderly, there is a refrigerator, TV, hot water heater, table, shelves, clothes hanging cabinet, clothes drying rack outside on the balcony.

The rooms are clean and have quite a lot of usable space. All equipment is complete. There is a coffee machine available at the counter below.The hotel is located near many important places in Chiang Mai. Convenient transportation. Plenty of parking. Overall, I really like it. Hope to come stay again next time 😊

It is in a convenient location, easy to get to. There are many restaurants nearby. Clean rooms, convenient parking. In the morning there is delicious coffee to eat. There are bananas available to eat at any time. Very good value at this price

The hotel is located in a good location area. The 2nd and 3rd floors will be the daily accommodations. The other floors should be rented on a monthly basis, near convenience stores, restaurants, cool air conditioning, clean rooms, okay bathrooms, there is an exhaust vent in the bathroom. There is a hair dryer provided. Plus there is an air filter in the room, which is great. The TV also has a manual telling you how to use it. Overall OK, the only downside is that the shower lock isn't quite there. Price on date of stay: double room 690฿, key card deposit 500 ฿, location near 7-Eleven, restaurant, in the morning there is coffee to drink in front of the elevator. The bed is soft and very comfortable to sleep.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, close to the Center of Excellence Hospital. Parking is safe and guarded. The young employees are lovely, greet well, the owner is kind, and the service is very good.

I live here as a student of the faculty of dentistry CMU. I've been living here for 5 years. The owner is really nice and the staff downstairs are always responsive and helpful. Whenever something breaks they can fix it immediately. There's room service once a month. You can also get free bananas downstairs.

The room is clean, the room is very spacious, convenient to stay when visiting patients at Chiang Mai Prasat Hospital. In the morning, there are 2 pieces of bread per room and Ovaltine coffee. There is a 7-11 restaurant downstairs.

Memories here ..This place used to be a regular residence for my children when they were studying pharmacy at CMU (staying on the 6th floor). Now it's long since ended. But nowadays me and my family, including my children, when I come to Chiang Mai, I always stay here on the 2nd-3rd floor. The price is not expensive. The room is very clean and spacious. The bathroom is clean. Parking is convenient. Everything is good. The young people provide good service. The owner and his wife are very cute and friendly. Let's just say it's good and excellent. Have you ever thought about cheating and trying to stay somewhere else to change the atmosphere? But in the end I couldn't accept it. You must come and stay here.. I recommend it. Take a break and don't think too much.

The room is spacious, clean, and near Suan Dok Hospital. (Maharaj Nakhon Chiang Mai) There is bread and coffee distributed to eat. The room has a refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, air conditioner, clean bathroom, and water heater. Security system uses key cards and there is an elevator.

The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, close to food sources. Convenience store 7-11 near the hospital. They provide hot water, coffee, snacks, pies from McDonald's, Baker King, etc. for breakfast. Managers, employees, housekeepers are well-spoken, lovely, smiling and provide good service.
