One of the worst experiences I had at Crypto Resort on Khor Lan Island was when I encountered extremely poor customer service. The staff were unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in catering to the needs of guests. We were wait at the port for pick up around 45 minsAdditionally, the resort itself was not well-maintained, facilities that were in need of repair. No water for shower in the morningOverall, my experience at Crypto Resort on Khor Lan Island was disappointing and I would not recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation destination.

The accommodation is ok. The owner's mother is very patient. At first it was a little difficult to contact when we arrived at Koh Larn. But wait until it's time to work. You can contact normally. Breakfast ok The water flows strong all the time. The accommodation is airy and comfortable. The bed is soft. At night, you can hear some music from the restaurant outside, but it's quiet inside. In front of the accommodation there are tables for sitting, chilling, and grilling. Motorcycles that are in working condition are considered to be at an OK level for driving here and there. (Suitable for easy-going people)

We booked a room through Agoda for 1 night, 2 rooms, for a total price of 2 rooms (2,9xx)Before staying, we called to ask for details from the number in Agoda. Regarding pick up from the pier and breakfastOn the day of our stay, we arrived at the island at 10:30 a.m. Call Agoda number to confirm pickup. We waited for someone to come pick us up for 1 hour and the weather was very hot. After calling several times The person we have always confirmed is like a broker. He lives in Bangkok and he will call the owner again. is to coordinate many things The car that comes to pick you up is a rental car. Not the property's car Makes the wait very long I mean, I'm out of emotion. When we arrived, the room was not yet finished. This was understood because the check-in was at 2:00 p.m. So I'll leave my bag first. That is, the owner's aunt isn't home and sits waiting to leave things for another hour. (Auntie is the only one who takes care of the things. There are 2-3 children. which is not in time to provide customer service Do you already have 10+ rooms? That is, the service is very 0) Then we went to eat and returned at 2:00 p.m. The room we got The door cannot be locked from the outside. In the room there was sand stuck to the feet. The bathroom faucet is broken, the air conditioner isn't cool, the TV can't be watched.... Uh, the room price is 1500. Really, the next day I won't have morning symptoms even though I've confirmed it. Had to fight for breakfast again. I don't want to eat, but I can't accept it. It's too unreasonable. In conclusion, whoever comes, don't expect service. Just if you can't find another place, then come and sleep. I've been to Koh Larn many times. I've never encountered anything like this before. Very frustrating.P.S. There are no pictures because it sucks and I don't want to take pictures.

The room is not clean, the bathroom is dirty. The shuttle bus to the accommodation is an old saleng. You don't know when you'll be stuck. Who will stay here? I told you to run away. Go stay somewhere else and pay more but it's better.

Warning!!! Whoever wants to reserve this place should flee, especially if they have a dog staying with them. Run away quickly before you become a victim. When asking about the price, another price was informed. The full amount has been paid. On check-out day, pay an additional cleaning fee of 1,000 baht.After staying for 1 day, I called to come back and change rooms. The owner of Pak Jaew Ver has been to Koh Larn more than 10 times and has never encountered anything like this. Feeling very sorry for the money. Better try looking elsewhere.

From tourists to real disaster victims1). Date of stay When checking in I didn't get a motorbike. The next day, we had to wait 1 hour for a motorbike. The old motorbike had bad brakes. And the owner called us to move to another room. The room was not clean.2). The breakfast you received was porridge that was not hot. The dining area is very dirty.3).When checking out, the owner asked us to pay an additional fee of 500 baht per dog (2 dogs).There was no prior notification that additional dogs would have to be lost. We inquired about the price and informed the number of days staying for 2 people and 2 dogs on the Facebook page. The check-in day was not informed. We stayed for 5 days and then came to collect additional money on the day of check-out.Seriously, look at another place before booking this one. Check the price here, it's cheaper than us, so reserve it. This kind of thing was collected without clearly informing the price from the beginning. The owner speaks very rudely. I feel very bad. Try looking at other reviews before booking. Run away.P.S. Details when booking accommodation.
