Big bed, very small room The bathroom is extremely uncomfortable. People who are claustrophobic have to scream, but liquid soap and shampoo are available in a buffet style. Small room, bed not soft or hard.Service is normal. Not very close to the source of food. It's a hotel in an alley. But the room is quiet.

We paid in advance, but when we came the room was given. No sorry, only: here is your money and go. High season.. It means: i don't care about costumers only about the money. So we left. Again no sorry. So if you look for a honest place in Chiang mai. DON'T GO THERE.

We had paid for 1 night of the 3 we wanted to stay. When we arrived after 2 days they had cleared the room. And we could only get a room downstairs where the scooters are right in front of your door, you literally can't enter your door because they block the road. And therefore full of noise. And they were single beds instead of double. No sorry or anything. Then you just leave. Threw the money on the table and that was it. Very rude. Apparently money is more important than guests. But hey, it's high season so who cares. Apparently agreements do not have to be kept. Waste of time and money, there are much better ones out there. It was a bridge for us. Fortunately, the hotel where we wanted to stay had a room ready 3 days earlier. But that 9 hostel never again.

The host was incredibly helpful and so kind. The hostel cat was lovely. The hostel itself is quite modern with stone walls. Our room was a catch for the price. We had two single beds pushed together, a TV and a fridge. The shower head broke on our first day, the host got it sorted within hours. No air con unfortunately, only fans. We were given a second fan for our room when we asked. Laundry machines available and a chill out area on the ground floor. The location is pretty fantastic too. So much to see and do within walking distance.

Anyone who doesn't value a nice ambience, large rooms or natural light will be happy here. For the price, the hostel is very well located and has all the necessities of a hostel, but nothing more. …

Nice, relatively cheap hostel. The rooms are large, simple but attractively furnished. There is also the option to do laundry. 👍

This place had the best value for money of any of the hostels we’ve stayed in in Thailand. It’s so cheap for a big double room with an en-suite. …
