Really loved this hotel. Very clean and beautiful design, big nice rooms, furniture of high quality and unique family story behind the hotel and its design. Stuff super nice and helpful. Feels like they think of every detail. Great location, Great value for money, we’ll definitely recommend! Thank you !

It is a quiet and bright B&B located near Tha Pae Gate. Although it is only three floors high and does not have an elevator, I did not plan a big purchase during my stay, so I think it is okay without an elevator, and the staff are happy to help carry luggage up. building.There are so many pillows in the room, which I think is great!Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and indoor mops are not provided, so you need to bring your own.During my stay, I put biscuits outside the door of the room every morning. I thought it was considerate enough and perfect for taking with you when you go on an itinerary early in the morning and don't have time to buy breakfast.

A hotel with a high CP value, very close to Tha Pae Gate in the ancient city. The room is large and clean, and the service staff is very friendly (you can borrow an umbrella from the counter on rainy days, or you can leave your luggage temporarily; if you go back too late, the guard will greet you kindly🫶🏽)The water and instant noodles in the room are free, but you have to pay for the mini bar and bottled water in the refrigerator. A pack of biscuits is provided every morning, which is very considerate🫶🏽The overall accommodation experience is very good, except for the low water pressure, everything else is great👍🏽Thank you to all the service staff💓

Room condition is clean3 reasons for each service: The water from the shower comes out like a rippling stream, so when a group member washes their hair, they fill up their water bottles and pour it out.

A hotel near the ancient city. It is very tidy and not overly decorated. It has a small lobby and no elevator. It is okay to walk up to 2 flights of stairs. The room is comfortable and there is a foreign currency exchange shop nearby, which is very convenient. Although there is no breakfast, there is one downstairs. Breakfast shop, like it 👍

If the floor is not clean, it will be very sticky, itchy and uncomfortable if your feet step on it:1. It is recommended that the counter staff carry luggage not to put on shoes directly into the guest's room. Please move it outside the room door, or ask if you need to take off your shoes to move into the room. After all, some passengers (like me) have to take off their shoes to keep Floor neat habits2. It is recommended that housekeeping staff strengthen floor cleaning and do not step on cleaning vehicles or shoes.✖️Instant noodles and water are free in the room, and the water in the refrigerator is also free, but! There is a charge for Coke, beer and biscuits in the refrigerator. The price is not clearly marked on the food or the refrigerator, which can easily cause misunderstanding. It is recommended that the price list be posted on the refrigerator door in the future to make it transparent.

Everything is going so well, they are very caring. They change our towels and bed sheets every day, leave us a little snack at the door every morning and the room it is very clean! The location is convenient (on Sunday is a market inside the old city and you have it just in front). Everything is very near.

The room is very large and clean. The air conditioner is from Japan Daikin. Although it is next to the road, it has two glass windows for sound insulation so it is not noisy. The location is great. It is an 8-minute walk to the Chiang Mai Tourist Night Market and the weekend night market is even closer. Minutes, the friendly counter staff will also recommend nearby delicious restaurants.

Excellent hotel. Front desk staff went above and beyond - extremely friendly and welcoming, helpful with suggestions of activities around the city and even printed off of VISA documents for us! High quality rooms that are spacious and very clean. Staff made beautiful designs with the towels each morning. We stayed for four nights and can’t stop talking about how wonderful our stay was. Thank you for our wonderful stay. I highly recommend!!

Stayed at Himku a couple weeks ago last minute. The staff are willing to help and very friendly, they even made a call (in Thai) for us to double check timing of one of our tour pickups.Their story is as beautiful as the hotel, located in arms reach to the Tha Phae gate. Great location since the night markets are a walkable 15mins away, many temples in the square are easily accessible too.Some others commented on water pressure being low, but to be fair it was the 2nd best shower after staying in 4 other hotels since Himku. It seems each hotel has their bathroom quirks.Highly recommend Himku when you’re in Chiang Mai

The room is large, full of teak elements, clean, and the lobby has a light and comfortable fragrance. It is an independent house. The B&B service is good. There is always someone at the counter. It is very safe to enter and exit. The location is very good. It is within walking distance to Waroro Market and the Sunday Night Market. Not far.If the problem of bathing water pressure could be improved, it would be a perfect B&B.

The room is comfortable to live in and the service staff are friendly and great!The music in the bar across the street was really disturbing, and it was played on all three days of our stay (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). The kind that cannot be isolated even with earplugs (because there will be resonance and vibration😂) and the music continues until 23:30. It’s really not suitable for people who are used to going to bed early.We read the comments and almost no mention of this point. I wonder if it is a relatively recent problem? In short, if you don’t need to go to bed early, it is still a great hotel. I will write it down for everyone’s reference!Supplementary reply from the hotel owner: They have negotiated with the bar several times, but Thai law does not regulate noise, so they are helpless. This situation does not occur during the off-season (March to October), so this situation is rarely mentioned in reviews. I can feel the owner's intentions. What we can do here is to provide the situation truthfully. After all, it is a force majeure factor and not caused by the hotel itself.

We stayed at this great hotel for a few days last week and absolutely loved it. This hotel has a wonderful soul thanks to the owner's family history, which can be felt in every little detail. It is very stylish and lovingly furnished and offers everything you need. Every day you get fresh drinking water in a pretty glass bottle in your room and every morning you look forward to a little treat waiting for you in front of your room door. The entire hotel and the rooms are super clean. The entire staff and not least the owner herself are absolutely lovely and are happy to find out more about their guests in a little small talk. Plus, everyone is super helpful and caring. All in all, this lovingly run hotel with its great location in the old town is highly recommended. If we go to Chiang Mai again, we will definitely choose Himku again. Thank you for the great stay with you. Kind regards Jan and Claudi 😀
