Stayed on the 20th of September. Price is around 7,000 per night. There are both impressive parts and things that I think should be better.strength- The rooms are very new, clean, fully equipped and using good materials.- Large bathroom, large mirror, divided into zones for normal showering and soaking in the tub.- The space in the room is wide and quite private.weakness- The swimming pool in front of the room is not that private. Passersby can still see it.- There is no check-in counter to leave your own luggage at the hotel. Have to drop off your luggage from another hotel in the chain.- When I went, the staff informed me that if you want a motorbike, it's available for rent for 400 baht, not free.- Check-out is quite early at 11 a.m., the most late is only 11.30. Personally, I think it's faster than other hotels.- When I called to inform the staff that I had arrived at the beach, the staff looked confused and answered curtly, as if they didn't know before.My girlfriend informed me on Agoda that the day of my stay was a special day, my anniversary. But the staff didn't arrange anything for you. Personally, I think staying at a hotel with better service and paying attention to guest details at a much cheaper price than this.All in all, it was considered a good experience. But personally, I think that the service and other management are still not impressive. There probably won't be a repeat visit.

Overall it was clean and the location was good with access to the beach being a 30 second walk.Unfortunately, the pool is small considering it's a pool villa, but it's probably a private pool.The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

It a newly open private pool villa on the Tawean Beach where you can get all kinds of water sport here, the most popular beach on Koh Larn. Google map location is accurate now, there is a small alley at the beach, the property is around 30 meters inside. You’d better give the staff a phone call when you arrived, it’s not a ordinary hotel, they don’t have front desk service but staffs will come to serve you after receive your call, great location, great service and delicious big breakfast.

Overall it’s a very nice pool villa. We enjoyed a lot during the stay. Quiet, clean and close to beach. There is a nice speaker in the room. Breakfast is delicious too. However it could be better if few tiny things can be improved.1. No clear shuttle info unless you call and ask2. Staff brought delicious breakfast in without knocking on the door to inform us ahead. They knocked when food was all set by the pool.3. (Personal preference) Check out time is a bit early to us.

It is important to inform the hotel of your arrival time so they can be present at the villaA great location for couples to retreat to. Only 3 houses on the premise.Less than 1 minute from the beach. Yet still secluded. No noises from the beach when in the room.The shower area is nice and big. No closed section between toilet and shower/bath.Surprisingly no mosquitos at night when relaxing by the pool.Breakfast gets coordinated with the guests. At that time they drop it off and knock on the window.Pool was warm. But it is not completely private as you could see through some sections of the bush/hedge.Accidentally dropped a candle older which broke. This was not deducted from the security deposit.

New accommodation just opened on Tawaen Beach side.The staff provided very good service before staying. Until check out and go homeBeautiful rooms, well maintained and clean.Amenities in the room, complete like a 5 star hotel. Impressive fragrance throughout the room + soft and fragrant towels.- Drinking water in the accommodation is mineral water.- Free delivery service to your accommodation- Free motorcycle + gas- Breakfast as shown in the picture, there is porridge, breakfast and orange juice + milk.When I went it was my wedding anniversary. Accommodation includes a surprise cake. Very cute.
