Small hotel, bad old furniture. Shower and toilet in one space. Erovat kingsize is just a two-seater. There is no soap. No shower gel. No hand towels. Old condo. The linen is natural 100% synthetic. Breakfast sucks - some gruel, juice, a piece of bread and coffee.Small pool.There are huge cockroaches in the outdoor toilet.Everything is bad, don't take it. For the money we could have gotten a better hotel.

The Good:The swimming pool is great, and I loved that there’s a mini bar close by for drinks (right now the minibar is temporarily closed but they still turn on the lights to let us take photos there). The hotel offers motorbikes, which is convenient (paid extra) so you no need to rent outside. They also have a tuktuk service to pick you up and drop you off at the harbor, which made getting around much easier. The receptionist was friendly and gave helpful recommendations on things to do nearby.The Not-So-Good:However, the hotel facilities aren’t very large, which might be disappointing for some. The breakfast selection was quite limited, with just porridge, bread, and coffee. For the price of the stay, I expected more variety and better amenities. It felt a bit overpriced for what was offered.

The accommodation is spacious. There is breakfast to choose from, WiFi, and motorcycle service. The bathroom is a bit small. There are swimming pools for adults and children. There is a balcony for eating. Quite a lot of space, good atmosphere, not far from food sources. Woke up to see the sunrise in front of the window, very beautiful.

First, I would like to say that I went to stay at this hotel because the various reviews looked very impressive. So decided to reserve this hotel.We stayed at pool sideA including motorbikes on April 17-18.But when I really stay with myself It's Umag hotel🙂↕️The price is not reasonable for the accommodation. The rooms are in old condition. The sheets had burnt marks, the bathroom had a shelf, and the lotus hatch holder was broken. Can rotate 180 degrees And the bathroom is very smelly. I don't know if it's the pipe smell or what. But the room is next to the kitchen. In the morning, the sound of the staff preparing breakfast was very loud. It's like I haven't had any rest. For breakfast, there is chicken porridge, orange juice, coffee, Ovaltine, and toast with unlimited refills. But personally, I think it's still not very diverse. We stayed for 2 nights. There is no room cleaning provided. There were only 2 bottles of water and tissues placed on the table in front of the room. Go ask the staff for more shower cream. The staff's face is not very willing to serve. (I didn't take a photo. Hopefully the hotel will improve it 🙂)

At first I thought the accommodation would be more okay. But very disappointed The quality of accommodation and service is not suitable for the price paid. The room had a very bad smell from the bathroom, coming out into the room. Until I had to ask for more air freshener spray. No matter how much you spray, the smell won't go away. The rooms and bathrooms are old. The shower holder was broken, had dirty stains, and the pipe smell was very strong. We stayed 2 nights and the accommodation did not provide cleaning. Drinking water and tissue rolls were placed on the table at the front of the room. Breakfast consists of porridge, toast, coffee, Ovaltine, orange juice. Personally, I feel that there is not much variety. The room is next to the kitchen, so it makes noise early in the morning. It felt like it was a vacation where I didn't get any rest. As for the price of accommodation and what you get, it's very opposite because the price isn't cheap. It's a shame and a very bad feeling. I hope the accommodation will be improved in the future.

I would like to say that the accommodation did not provide complete details that children under 18 are prohibited from staying. Well, we came with 6 friends, took a car and boat to visit during the school break, but when the hotel came back and said that children under 18 were not allowed to enter, I was confused because when booking, they didn't notify and paid for the room. If it's all gone, the hotel will give it back and ask if there's a reserve at the peak. I mean, I already reserved it. So what are you looking for in reserve?????

The staff don't speak English, but they're all friendly. If you have a request, they'll listen to it right away with a smile.And the room is not that good. Compared to Pattaya, it just feels like a pension on an island.

Yesterday 3-4-5 February. Got to stay at a resort Arriving there, I was secretly a little sad because in the picture the accommodation looked very good, but in reality I was indifferent. So I got a room and was indifferent about the cleanliness. The service of the staff speaking in front of the counter Feeling not very willing in the service. Having stayed for two nights, breakfast was There was only chicken porridge, bread, coffee, Marine orange juice, Ovaltine, and on the second night, I thought that the staff would come and clean the empty room. Taking two bottles of water and paper towels to put in front of the room, shower cream was not added. Too bad I didn't take a picture. And on the second day breakfast was the same. But luckier than the room, when opening the door we found a swimming pool bathroom which was not clean at all and looked very dirty. We went to the bathroom outside the room. Found something good, full of shit 😡 Forgot to mention the bathroom in the room. There is a wet zone and a dry zone. On the toilet, the lid looks like the staff has never cleaned it much because there are dirt stains on it. It's not clean at all. I found a dirty toilet bowl.😡😡😡😡Price Rooms at this price have stayed at other, better places. One time is enough. I forgot to take a photo of the time I found the poop and the actual place of residence is different from the picture.
