Really cute 😊
Small but perfect. Very romantic if you’re bringing your special someone. Great view and outdoor jacuzzi balcony was awesome. King & Queen chairs overlooking the ocean is nice view of Pattaya lights. I really enjoyed this property. I would come again.

Overall 3 out of 5. The room was quite dirty. The location wasn't that good cuz it's near the freaking garbage dump. When you walk in you literally smell it. But it was fine in the room I smell nothing at least. Private pool also not clean. Like everything just not clean in general there. But I still like the pool even if it's not that clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The view was nice too.

You can come and stay.strength1....Good view, beautiful view of Pattaya city at night.If you accept that1. You are staying in the middle of a garbage pit (photo attached).2. The price of 3,500 isn't really high, but what you will get is... The front of your room is full of insect droppings, lots of mosquitoes, and so many flies that you have to buy medicine to tear it up yourself. The finished balcony floor is rotten and broken.3. A pond called a swimming pool, pool, whatever they call it. It is a tiled basin filled with Dust, sand and dirt, leaves and branches4. The condition of the room's floor is deteriorated. Where it's damaged, just cover it with a cloth. It's easy.5.Blankets…. Lots of usage stains (including blood and yellow stains)!!! It is expected that it has not changed.6. Coming to this point…. There were a lot of flies. I'm really sorry for repeating this, but I want to reiterate.7. The condition of the construction materials is equivalent to... the temporary housing of the campers who built the building.8. The bathroom has a smell. This issue can be solved.9. At this price, breakfast should be added for guests. Guests will see their worth without any complaints. I don't think each guest can eat a lot. The hotel has a few rooms. It's a trick to please customers.In summary... the view is good but.. the accommodation should be improved so that we can patronize it again.

We stayed one night in a room with a pool. We read negative reviews everywhere, but we went anyway. The room itself is stylish and the view is, of course, cool. Especially from the pool or from the bed. In another case, there is a view of the construction site just below and everything else is not so beautiful, but this did not stop us from having a cool time. I read about a bad breakfast, but we had the opposite, hearty and delicious coffee. The girl who made breakfast and checked us in doesn’t speak English, but she understood that we needed ice and brought it from the store and even gave us a thermos to store it😁The bed linen was clean, the towels were all clean. The unpleasant things are the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and the non-working refrigerator. It may work, but its plug is lying around unattended because it doesn’t fit any socket😁 (well, we didn’t find it) there are these little buses coming from the pier that go to Samae beach, you can safely drive on it and stop on the hill. The idea of the place as a whole is cool, construction is still going on, because of this the street is so-so. As soon as it grows, we will come again. There are also funny cats that live in the cafe, especially the one that, according to my observations, is a wild steppe cat. And the cafe itself is funny - like in a country house😁

It was difficult to access from Narban Pier, the hot water in the shower did not come out well, and the room was not clean. I stayed there for 2 nights, but the room was not cleaned, towels were not changed, and I was shocked at how bad it was. There are many stray dogs at night, so going out at night is not recommended. Despite the high cost of accommodation, the breakfast was also terrible. The good thing was the view from the balcony.

The room isn't clean. Please leave it to the hotel owner. The view is very beautiful. The idea of building is very good. There is a balcony to sit and admire the view. And the private pool is very good.

A good idea and implementation. It's such a cute cafe with a cat atmosphere.
But.. I didn't see anyone personal after 5 p.m.
The hot water for the jacuzzi didn't work.

Stay 4-5 June 2023, jacuzzi tub room, book through agoda, room price 3,420 baht.- The water in the jacuzzi tub is black and has dirt. In conclusion, it is not used at all. Try turning it on all night and it's still black.- The sink button is stuck and turned off. The owner of the accommodation said You have to move the breaker. Is it dangerous!!!- The power plug at the head of the bed fell out and the power cord was exposed. Very dangerous!!- smell of musty handkerchiefs It's like it's not dry.- Motorbike accommodation provided But the oil will run out. Plus the headlights don't turn on. Driving at dusk requires turning on the turn signal.*with the room price and what you get Let me tell you that I am very disappointed with the money.

Overall: the place is a combination of both cafe and accommodation. love the greenery and the stunning view of pattaya. the place seems a bit unfinished so would come back when all the buildings and landscape are all decoratedRoom: we stayed in the spacious and breathable tent (big one is 850bath for 2 ppl no breakfast) room comes with a fan so it was a bit hot during the day but at night was pretty chill. The staffs are kind and welcoming they also helped us connect to a local taxi.Bathroom: there are two restrooms/bathrooms for each genders but they could be more clean and well-maintainedCoffee shop: part air conditioned very homie decorations. had a very smooth hot latte the price is reasonable 68bath after 20 percent discount (from being the hotel guest) the coffee shop acts as a lobby/lounge for hotel guests as wellPrice-Performance: very good if you dont mind the hot weather. The down side is its a bit further from beaches so you need to book motorcycles (1 day 300-500 bath depends or hire a local taxi 100-150 bath per trip)

The accommodation has a very good atmosphere. Traveling is a bit difficult, but in return you get peace. The accommodation area has a lot of privacy. The disadvantage is that it is far from food sources. But luckily, there is delivery so you can order things to be delivered to your accommodation. Overall, I really like it. If I have a chance, I will come again.

The best thing about this resort is the view. Gorgeous view of the sea and Pattaya.The bed is comfortable but that is all that is good.Shower does not have hot water. Jaccuzi was spoiled and staff did not even attempt to repair it.Room was dusty.Shower had water stains and will leak to outside the door after showering.Furnishing is horrible, toilet seat does not match the toilet bowl, screen is cemented horribly to the floor, electric sockets are mostly hard to insert any plugs in.Breakfast is pathetic.Totally not worth the premium.
