A wonderful and dreamlike place! The hostess is like a mom who takes excellent care of you. You immediately feel welcome and comfortable. The guesthouse has only been around for a short time and is very clean and comfortably furnished. The beds are big and comfortable and the garden is wonderful for relaxing :D I'll be happy to come back at any time! Thank you for the wonderful time.

Really liked it here. Great service, friendly family. The house is very clean. Shared washroom upstairs where the rooms are located, clean and airy. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Very well located, quite central to see all the Wats in Ayutthaya. There's a night market close by. They have a bike rental service which I recommend using, the temples are quite spread out so cycling is a perfect way to see everything. Cold drinks and beer available in a common area fridge downstairs. A nice patio upstairs to enjoy, or eat downstairs at a shared table outside. They called us a Tuk Tuk to get to the train station when we left, which was very convenient. Beautiful plants and flowers too. Would stay again!

Clean place, location near historical city of Ayutthaya, they rent bikes 80 baht per day, kind hosts. I didn't like the area and that you can not open your window.

An easy and familiar accommodation. Friendly hosts which are very well caring for their guests. Fast Wifi and a wide variety of cooled drinks available. Very helpful with organizing day trips or further journey requests.

Owners are very hospitable and the cleanliness and orderliness is commendable. You can request from almost everything. Thank you for giving me medicine when I was sick and for making me a hot "chamanaw". 😘

Perhaps you'll be greeted by the landlady herself, using her mobile to tell you that she needs it to tell you you're welcome. I had the apparently one 'Superior' at first floor - huge bed, hart but not uncomfortable. …

Bad service Made an appointment to arrive at the accommodation at 4:00 p.m. The owner of the accommodation wasn't home, locked the house, and waited for an hour. Before contacting me and not very interested in customers There isn't much parking. It's like they're not willing to open for service. But the money has already been collected in advance. So they don't care about customers. Very bad.

Very nice family that wants to help you. Checking in at 2am was no problem. Room and bathroom were both clean and nice. Definitely recommended
