Beautiful room, shady atmosphere, inexpensive price, friendly owner. It depends on the cleanliness of the room you stay in. There's a lot of dust on the floor. Black powder on the bed And the room smells quite musty. I'd like to improve this a little.

I’m so happy I found this place. Got it off Air B&B. Stayed here for 3 nights. Bed was soft and comfortable. Clean room. Great calming atmosphere. Hammock, cool boat chair swing. Water feature. I rented a motor bike from the owner, good price. Everything about this place is so convenient. Close to a good cafe, shops, and all the ruins. I give this place a 10!! I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Ayutthia.

The garden is beautiful, and the hosts are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They were kind enough to book me a minibus to my next stay from Ayutthaya, which I hadn't known I could do! Definitely ask them for tipsbon getting where you're going. They also gave me a map of Ayutthaya with recommendations on things to see and do and how to get around. Rooms are air conditioned and showers have hot water heaters. Beautiful common space to hang out with the hosts or with other guests. Makes for great photos and great experiences!

It's completely different from the picture. The cleanliness is not good and there is no kitchen where you can cook. The owner was also unfriendly. I booked through Airbnb and it was the worst.

Was an amazing place to be in the small ancient city, beds and room were clean. They even had mopeds that you could rent for 300 baht/day. Only thing that bothered me and my brother was the frogs that they have in their pond (they were so loud from 3 am until mid day around 2pm). Other than that the hosts were friendly, and they drew out a map for us to see all the main and most important sights around the town.

The water features and outdoor cabin with hammock provide a wonderful area to relax. There are many sitting areas outside to relax and read a book or get some work done on the laptop.5. Great Wi-Fi signal6. Laundry service for a good price7. Mattress pads are used on the bed for hygienic purposes8. Hand bidet9. Great location on the island10. The host is quick to respond to all our requests.Cons:1. The room is not sealed well. This means that mosquitoes, spiders, and large ants enter the room through gaps in the doors, windows, and around the screen in the toilet room.2. The walls are very thin and so you can hear all conversations outside and all the animals (cats, dogs, birds, roosters) very loudly. Also, there is car racing on the main street at night which can be heard from the rooms. We wore earplugs to sleep.3. No pillow protectors on the pillows – pillows were dirty and need to be washed thoroughly and then protected with waterproof pillow protectors just like in hotels.4. The rooms and property need some light maintenance and refurbishing: leaks of water outside that drip on you when you walk by; spiderwebs in the room; stairs uneven.Overall, a wonderful place to stay for the price. Ayutthaya lodgings can be very expensive but this place was priced just right. This property had everything we needed for a short stay. Some things can be worked on but they got many things right, such as the ambience of the place which makes it easy to relax. You are really surrounded by the beauty of Thailand here.
