Hotel in old condition The room is not soundproof, can hear very loud noises. Inside the room there are no amenities at all. In the morning, the staff used the key to open the door even though there were customers. Very dangerous. If you are a woman staying alone, it is extremely unsafe. Staff should be trained and improved. Thank you.

If there was 0, I would have given 0. The communication staff didn't understand, didn't explain well, the sheets were stained, the blankets were dirty, the bed was dusty, the fan was very loud. The soap given has either been unwrapped or used, or it has not been cleaned and thrown away. The smell of cigarettes is very strong. The employees are not cute at all. Speak and blame the customer I feel really bad.
