The hostel owner, Chris provided excellent service, above and beyond what I expected. He was super helpful with travel arrangements, itinerary ideas, and local culture. The location is excellent and Nakara offers bicycles to use.

A very quiet hostel in a quiet area, but still a great location. I could walk to the night market and temples like Wat Mahathat. The surrounding area is full of small restaurants, drink shops, etc.The owner (Krit) is super helpful and kind. He can quickly give me any recommendations whenever I have asked him for help. The boat tour was also very nice, especially when my first morning in Ayutthaya was ruined by the tour cancellation from a local travel agency due to their time and location change at the very last minute 🥲Cảm ơn rất nhiều ạ!

We have traveled with my family to Ayutthaya and we arrived by chance at the Nakara Hostel, it has been a great decision, it is a super clean Hostel, being 4 of us, we occupied a room, the owners of the Hostel are a young couple and they put a lot of effort into everything.

I was scammed.I can't leave any evidence behind, so I'm in tears.My first visit to Ayutthaya was ruined...This was another experience and I refreshed my feelings when I went sightseeing.We give fair evaluations including location, facilities, and price.Such behavior is impossible.I also posted a review on Agoda, but it is not reflected and it does not appear in the review history. The accommodation facility may have some kind of authority over reviews. So, here's a review.I think they are probably doing this by looking at other people, so please be careful when using it.When I asked to check in, I was greeted with a very unwelcoming atmosphere: ``Who are you?'' Then, the information on Agoda was fraudulent, so ``please request a refund from Agoda.'' Isn't it?'' I confirmed.*Payment fees must be negotiated directly with the accommodation facility and the user, and even if you request a refund from Agoda, you will not receive a refund.I was confused because it was my first time in a situation, and I didn't know anything about the above (*), so I was in trouble.Then, he said, ``I know it's going to be difficult, so I'll let you use it for a cheap price!'' He told me that it was originally intended for short-time/day use, so he said, ``If that's the case, you can use it for 220 THB!'' and···I ended up paying 220THB. I recorded various videos during my trip, but I didn't leave any videos or photos for this part... After that, we exchanged LINE and kindly shared information on sightseeing spots, order, and routes. We were disappointed with our stay at Nakara Backpackers - we were rudely greeted upon check-in and made to feel like an inconvenience for the duration of our stay. The room is very basic with no window and lots of ants on the floor.Our key deposit has still not been returned as the manager was unavailable upon check out (despite informing him of our departure time the night before) and we have contacted him via email and whatsapp but he was unhelpful.

The hostel is very good) the air conditioning always works in the rooms, not everywhere guys.

The staff who answered the phone spoke very badly, discriminated against Thai people, only accepted foreigners 👎👎👎

We arrived in Ayutthaya without knowing where to sleep and we found the best place possible! In short, the guy who was there throughout our stay planned the trip to Chiang Rai for us in 0, when we were at the bus station we realized that we left our cell phone there. We contacted him and in less than 15 minutes he sent us a taxi with his cell phone to our location. Nothing more to say. A 100 guy!

The location is great, the hostel is very clean in addition to being welcoming and warm. We feel good there. Chris, the owner is very welcoming and good vibes. When we arrived, he offered us tips for staying in the city by bike. Thank you for giving us such an experience.
