I would like to criticize just a little because the air conditioner in the room I stayed in was at 23 degrees and I still had to turn on the fan on the side of the door to help keep it cool. I don't know what the other rooms are like, but my air conditioner isn't cool. But the good news is that the service staff are very good.

The room we stayed in was very spacious, worth the price of 800 baht, with two large beds. But the air conditioner is not very cool and must turn on the fan to help all night. The TV was not clear. Bathroom part (This is my personal opinion) On the day of stay Found an old pair of underwear hanging out, but I don't know who they belong to or from when. (We stayed on 05/05/67. Try asking the staff if you found any underwear in the trash can.) The bathroom was dirty along the wall and toilet. But if I asked if there was an opportunity to go again, I would go. Because it's close to a relative's house

The room is clean and up to standard. Temporary stay is 250. If there are 3 people, there will be an additional 100 baht to 350.

A Quiet and Privacy Place to stay - away from the city. It is about 2km away from the main city. Hence need to have own transport. The place is quiet and very private and the caretakers and cleaners are nice. They even can wash your dirty cloths for a tip. The bed spreads are changed everyday to clean ones. Their rates are reasonable. Per night it is 450TBH. If stay for 5 days or more it is 400TBH. For one month it is 10,000TBH. The place is cool with good shade for parking. Some areas of improvement is needed in the followings..1. They have to install a mosquito net for the windows as it can be left open for fresh air. 2, There are cobwebs in some corner of the room. At least a monthly through cleaning would be good. 3, Their wifi is poor. cannot access from the room. They need to increase the bandwith or add in more routers or change the existing ones to better quality ones. 4. Need to replace the fused bulbs above the bed. 5. Aircon needs servicing as it condensate and dripping. 6. No refreshments provided, They only give steamed white rice. Hence if no transport, then difficult. 7. They have to provide a chair for each room. At least it will be helpful for those who are doing some office work on-line

The room is clean. I've been here 2 times.There are quite a lot of mosquitoes (I'm normally a person who is allergic to mosquitoes). The room is clean, the price is affordable, and the staff are ok.
