Convenient, clean, close to tourist attractions The area is convenient to find things to eat and 7-11. Parking (within the property) for 5-6 cars. Good owner, excellent service.

A nice little facility with very nice and friendly employees and a very friendly boss. The room is clean and the air conditioning is very quiet. You can reach the historic park in just a few minutes on foot.

The owner's aunt provides very good service. The accommodation is quiet. You can park your car on the property. The price is cute. There is no breakfast provided, but 7-11 is just opposite. Recommend here

Sort of prefab rooms, but very clean, excellent beds and clean sanitary facilities.Extensive breakfast with of course the ubiquitous sausages.Very nice owner who even took us to the station for free the next morning.

Small, cute, new place to stay, clean, blankets, sheets, fragrant pillows, strong water, cool air conditioning. Location near 7-11 and restaurants about 50 m. Located in the middle of the city, close to many tourist attractions, historical sites. Staying here is very convenient. The owner and housekeeper provide very good service. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.

Lovely place to stay. There are 6 rooms, new, clean, soft beds, comfortable sleep, hair dryer, Netflix. Opposite there is a 7-11 food shop, fragrant towels, breakfast included ✨

The room is small. If you come to stay to continue your journey, don't think anything of it...breakfast is too little. The location near 7-11 is considered good. There are many porridge shops nearby. Service staff are very smiling and cheerful.

Great choice for a stay in Ayutthaya. The location is great as it is very close to the old town and temples, around 3 mins walk. Also the best nightmarket for eating is just across the road - lots of stalls to choose from with tables and seating, unlike the walking market. We ate their every night and it was great, and very inexpensive. A 7 eleven for water etc is just opposite the night Market.The accommodation is in 5 individual cabins, set around a small courtyard garden with tables and a swing chair. Comfy beds, strong ac, very clean and with a good ensuite and shower. The cabins are essentially prefabs so don't have much in the way of decoration inside, but everything you could need is there (Fridge, kettle etc, TV with netflix) , and all looks brand new.The owner and other staff are lovely, they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and served a huge breakfast each morning in the on site dining area. Each day we got to try a local delicacy alongside the breakfast, most of which I'd never tried before despite having spent a lot of time in Thailand, which was a lot of fun. Wasn't really convinced about the rice porridge though.. 😀All in all, a great choice of place to stay!

The room is cute, clean, the atmosphere is very good. Across the street there is a 7-11 and a food market as well. Accommodation in the city is very convenient. I recommend it.

Near important placesThe owner of the house is very kind. The room is cute and clean. Plus, the owner of the accommodation is very cute and kind. The location is very good. It is near 7-Eleven, Win Motorcycle, rice shop, noodle shop, dim sum shop and cafe, Wat Mahathat and the World Heritage Fair.But there are things that I'd like to improve a little more.1. Ants entered the room. I want you to manage it here. Maybe because the floor is low. And it's close to the grass. If it can be improved it will be very good.2. There should be two trash cans, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom.3. The curtains are not opaque.4. I would like to have tissue paper in the bedroom as well.

Newly opened accommodation It's a suitable size container, clean, has parking and amenities such as drinking water and towels.Complete hair dryer. In front of the room there is a lounge chair. The owner is lovely, caring and giving very good advice. If you come to Ayutthaya Historical Park, it is considered very convenient because you can walk. There are restaurants and 7-11 nearby.
