It's the first time I've ever stayed in a homestay. I was impressed by the clean, beautiful house.Auntie is kind and feels warm like coming to a friend's house. The location is considered okay.In the morning, it's not very far to get to the morning market.But during those days The weather is quite hot. Upstairs the room will be very hot. Before reaching home, you should call your aunt about half an hour first. Auntie left the air conditioner on for me. If there is a chance to travel again Will definitely go back to stay at this homestay.

This perfectly located homestay is a gem. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We were able to borrow their bikes for the day and they even gave us a lift to the train station when we left. We communicated through our translation apps which worked wonders. The nearest temples are only 2 streets away and the amazing food market is a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended and great value!

It is a very warm home to stay in. The auntie is lovely. The house is clean, the room is spacious, you can walk to see the old temple. Near the night market Going to stop taking medicine, will definitely go back to stay again.🥰

I stayed here with my girlfriend for two nights. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The lady offered us delicious pastries and fresh fruit. Drinking water, coffee, tea and jam toast were also provided free of charge. The room was super clean and spacious.Air conditioning and fridge are modern and the bathroom is also big and everything works well. The atmosphere of the open common area and the rooms is wonderful (see pictures). The location is also great, as you can walk to the city's top attractions in about 10 minutes.I am deeply grateful for the gas-friendliness and the great accommodation we were able to experience here! Wonderful :))In the end they even drove us to the train station :)Here, hospitality is still very important and lived with joy!

What a hidden gem… I checked out six different hotels before stumbling across Baan Khunphiphit Homestay. I found the other hotels tired…Baan Khunphiphit Homestay was built a couple of years ago, and it is a quiet location close to the tourist sites, restaurants, and night market. The rooms are big and bright. The internet is lightning-fast. The building has a unique Thai feel to it. The owners were lovely and helpful. If you book here, you will not be disappointed.

I had a fantastic stay at the property in Ayutthaya. The rooms were extremely clean and newly designed. The landlady was extremely helpful and friendly, and thanks to Google Translate we were able to have nice conversations without any problem. The rooms were well equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning and TV. The opportunity to rent bicycles inexpensively further enriched my stay. Overall, highly recommended!

The best accommodation in the heart of Ayutthaya city. Definitely have to find an opportunity to come back and stay again...I like the warmth and friendliness of uncles and aunts.Accommodation near major tourist attractionsThere are bicycles for rent.The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable.Upstairs there are 3 rooms, downstairs there are 2 rooms and 1 large room that can accommodate 4 people.

Got a break and had a chance to talk with the owner's aunt. They're cute and have long conversations. From the story of my grandfather to the story of this place, Khun Phiphit is the name of my great-grandmother and aunt since the reign of King Rama V. This residence was her home in the past. Live together as a big family Auntie had the opportunity to renovate it and turn it into a homestay. Auntie said it herself. I can't stand it if someone comes to bed and I have to quickly wash the sheets. Instant pillowcase Auntie Love is very clean. I recommend it to anyone traveling in Ayutthaya. This place should be the top choice.
