This is a great place to stay with spacious rooms and a beautiful garden. We enjoyed the design touches that went into the rooms and the owner was super friendly and helpful. It was peaceful just outside of the main island.

Beautiful and lovingly designed accommodation/house. Great service, affordable snacks and drinks already in the house Netflix, drinks (probably from a neighboring cafÃĐ) are served in the house.Highly recommended.

Friendly accommodation, well appointed, excellent value for money. Very clean and well equipped.The garden by the canal is very pretty. The only slightly negative point is that there is no real breakfast, a few self-service snacks but it is better to plan to have breakfast elsewhere.

The owner has 4 units of 2 storey apartment side by side. We booked 1 of the unit for a night and fell in love with the accomodation and manicured garden and terrace overlooking the river immediately. The house was tastefully designed and the beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. The terrace overlooking the river offer a good break from the hustle of the city and i can imagine chilling there whole day over a cup of tea or coffee. overall, it was a great experience and we may consider to revisit the unit again sometime in the future.

The host was very kind and made us feel very welcome.We enjoyed our stay at Baan Canalee. The accommodation was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning appreciated.Baan Calaee also has a beautiful garden, a peaceful place to relax.The location was a little out of the way from the main sights of town, but easily accessible for a few baht.We can only recommend this accommodation if you are looking for somewhere quiet and spacious.

Baan Kanali is a small residence with only 4 rooms. It is like a 2-story building. Below is a living room and a bedroom above. Park the car in the space directly in front of the room.Overall, clean, spacious room, suitable for families. At the back there is a small garden next to the water, which is an area for eating breakfast and sitting next to the water, with a good atmosphere. The owner provides good service. There's only the issue of parking being rather narrow. You have to pull your butt out. It may be difficult for people who are not strong drivers. There is a kitchen area similar to a house. For bringing food to eat at home

Great place to stay in Ayutthaya! 2 nights with family, 2 children 5 and 9. Very nice, spacious apartment that is very tastefully decorated. Beautiful garden overlooking the river where you can enjoy breakfast. The owner is very helpful and nice. A bit far from the center, but you can get there easily by tuktuk (100-150 baht). It was very hot in Ayutthaya when we were there, a swimming pool would have been nice, but unfortunately it is not available.

There were four of us (two adults and two children) and we booked this apartment for three nights. It is very spacious and very well equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a kitchen on two floors.It is lovingly furnished and in a very good and very clean condition, something like this is rare to find.There is also a very nice garden with a terrace overlooking the river, where you can also have breakfast.The operator is very friendly and is happy to help you.If we are back in Ayutthaya we will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, nice and quiet place! The owner and her cats were very welcoming! Feels like staying over at a friendâs place. Can easily get access to around town. Good atmosphere, clean surrounding area. The inside was very clean, there was no dust at all. The bedroom was not like staying at a resort, it felt like staying at a friend's house. The water flowed well and the owner of the house was kind. There are two male cats waiting to welcome you. Little Mocha and Milk Tea We met for a short while and Mocha followed me into the room and lay on my lap. In the morning, my sister came to greet me. Take care of us while we eat breakfast.

Staying at Baan Canalee was a fantastic choice. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite arriving later than expected, they were willing to provide recommendations for dinner and even helped us call a tuk-tuk. âĶ

Really tastefully funky little place. We really enjoyed our cool little guesthouse over two floors and with a lovely garden to share, with an on-site tasty coffee shop. Host/owner was very friendly and helpful, with enough English to help us out who speak zero Thai! 10 minute trip to main island temple sites via tuk-tuk and easily arranged via the owner. Was a nice little place for us as a family of 4 with two younger ones.

Would stay here again. Easy enough to locate. Walked like 15-20min from train station to get here but plenty of tuk tuks at the train station to give you a lift, if preferred. The main woman spoke some English but nobody else seemed to. The stay came with included breakfast of toast and jam and brewed coffee or hot water for available tea bags- all to be enjoyed on the garden deck overlooking the river! You may get to see a big lizard swimming! (Presumably a monitor lizard but I donât know for sure.) There is a espresso, specialty teas, and smoothies for a fee on site! The unit had AC upstairs and downstairs. Two floors- ground floor is the small kitchen area, fridge, couch and tv, and a bathroom with shower. Second floor- bathroom with shower, primary bedroom, and a locked door (possibly a second bedroom depending on the booking?) The room has available snacks and drinks also for a surcharge listed on a menu on the coffee table. The main woman will call a tuk tuk for you as needed if you are without a ride. There were bikes thereâĶ not sure if those were for hire.
