This is a beautiful property which is a guesthouse and also offers a cafe . I only stopped by for a drink and hence this is a review of the cafe . Excellent coffee and served thoughtfully on a tray with a glass of cold water . You order the coffee from the coffee bar and are then free to take it to any spot you choose - there is indoor seating with air conditioning and alsoLots of outdoor seating . Great views by the river but also overlooking a wat . Lovely place to pause for a break .

I recently stayed at a homestay-style resort in Ayutthaya and had an exceptional experience. The staff were outstanding—extremely hospitable, friendly, and always ready to assist. The rooms were luxurious, impeccably clean, and beautifully comfortable, offering a level of maintenance that exceeded my expectations. The views of the river were breathtaking and added a serene touch to my stay.

Staff turn off the A/C when it is near the closing time to chase us out when it is around 4.30 pm when the closing time is 5 PM. I don’t think that it is the price we pay for this kind of attitude when we sit in the area.

Only dine in the cafeCoconut yogurt coffee is very special and deliciousThe carrot cake is good and very moist.The clerk communicates in English very smoothlyThe store is very beautifully decorated and every corner is easy to photograph.The toilet is also very beautiful and the atmosphere is great. After visiting Tai Seng Lion King Zoo, come here for a cup of coffee. The café located along the Chao Phraya River is highly recommended. The café is also very spacious. You can find a seat by yourself before ordering at the counter. The overall atmosphere is very strong. When you come to Bangkok, you have to come to this cafe to drink a cup of coffee. The weather outside is so hot. It is really great to drink a cup of coffee and eat cakes and snacks here! There are also sugar-shredded spring rolls sold outside that you can take back to downtown Bangkok and enjoy slowly. They are also a specialty of Ayutthaya. There is also a shrimp market nearby where you can go for dinner or lunch. Thai shrimp is really a must-eat meal in Thailand. It’s very delicious and I recommend everyone to come here for a cup of coffee!

The brownies taste good, but for me they are sweet because I don't eat sweets. The design of the plates is good. The coffee and green tea are good. The atmosphere is good. The seats are arranged in proportion. Parking for about 10-15 cars.

The shop has a good atmosphere. The staff who took the order spoke well. But the drink prices are a little too high compared to the quantity. The cakes are delicious, but the Thai tea is just so-so. Very sweet. Even if you order less sweet, Plus it doesn't have much of a tea scent. This price should be better than this.

Beautiful view. Pets allowed. The drinks just didn't wow me. As for the biscoff cake, it was very sweet. Both the cake and the cream were enough for 3 people to eat.

The atmosphere of the shop is very good, shady, and the cafe is suitable for sitting and chilling with the riverside atmosphere. You can see the pagoda on the other side.There are many beautiful corners to take photos. The atmosphere is cool and comfortable, with both air conditioned and outdoor zones.Good coffee, delicious cakes, reasonable prices.There is parking in front of the store.Recommend going early in the morning. There will still be few people.
