Apart from the great location, I have nothing to recommend! The night shift counter service staff had a bad attitude. The room smelled of paint during our stay. We had to change rooms for two consecutive nights. There was no dedicated swimming pool. The tiles in the small hot spring pool on the top floor fell off, causing our feet to be injured. It is not recommended.

The photos on the website are completely inconsistent with the real thing. After booking a street view room, we got a room with no windows. The tiles in the spa pool fell off a lot and hurt people. We were asked to buy medicine by ourselves. The sheets were dirty. The water in the bathtub was green. The sound insulation was very poor. , the air conditioner stinks, the whole room and corridor is full of paint smell.

It is the worst hotel I have ever encountered. The service is terrible. The employees don't know anything. If you ask anything, you have to turn around and ask a friend. We couldn't come stay, so having a friend stay instead was not allowed, while five-star hotels allow it. You can stay instead. It's really bad and it's a hotel that is very skittish about going to the bathroom. Funny 🤣🤣

Stay away from this hotel. All advice is disadvantages, the first of which is dealing with the customer and your reservation is not guaranteed with them and they shout at you without any shred of respect. We booked from an application and when we arrived we were supposed to receive the room and we sat inquiring about some matters that are our right!! They did not like that we were correct in thinking that the Arabs own the treasures of the world and wanted to push us beyond the rights of the hotel, and when we argued with her respectfully, the employee shouted and raised her voice until one day, the management employees seemed meaner than her in dealing with her.Beware of this hotel, it has the worst dealings, it deals with theft and fraud

At first, I did not see the bad comments about the hotel. I was afraid. I was now stuck and I was jealous, but I said not to try it. The employee received us very warmly and got us to the room. She tried to explain everything, the prohibited items and other things. The room is excellent and clean. The location is excellent. Underneath the hotel there are ships and food markets. I mean, in terms of food, do not worry about everything. There is something next to you and the beach is close to the hotel. Everything is fine. I did not encounter any problems. They do not have a luggage service. The hotel has two separate buildings, but it is close and not far from each other. Rating: 10/10

There are some prohibitions etc. in the hotel, it is not a big deal, but when we went, the elevator broke down and it took 3 days to fix it. Our room was on the 4th floor. The pool and jacuzzis are on the roof of another building. They say you have to pay a fine, their air conditioners hit people directly, most of the rooms have a connecting door, you can hear the voices of people in the next room, the hotel lobby is very hot, when I left the key and walked around, the lobby was empty when I arrived, I waited for 15 minutes, then it came, I was not satisfied at all, I wouldn't choose it again, but there is a hotel right next to it, the color is orange. It's a wonderful, wonderful place.

A good, economical hotel with an excellent price and location in the Patong area, close to the sea, and everything around the place is walking distance, next to the 7 Eleven supermarket. It has halal food and juice shops in the hotel opposite.
