Whilst the room was very basic, I cannot complain. The owners were very lovely and helpful. The location was perfect with a 5-20min walk to all the major central ruins and only 20min walk to the market which was crazy cheap. What made it better was the cafe attached to the hotel, reasonable prices but the food was fantastic.. Although I mostly worked my way through the desert menu. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location to temples and resturants is very good. The lady who runs the place is very friendly. The Cafe is very nice and serves decent food. The biggest negative is the rooms are dirty, lots of Cockroaches everwhere. The shower head is filthy. I would NOT, stay at this property again. It's not clean!

Decent place to stay at Ayyuthaya. The rooms are clean and the place is quiet.The place is located just a few mins walk from the ruins.There is a nice cafe called "walkin cafe" right at the entrance of the space. Although the food is pricey here, we have seen locals throng this place.I recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The star of the show is definitely the Cafe - it is very beautiful and reasonably priced (and very popular).The rooms are absolutely fine, but they aren’t to the same spec as the cafe. Saying that, they are really big and spacious, clean, have aircon and a warm shower - there are no issues whatsoever!We are bicycle tourists, and the hotel kindly allowed us to store our bikes round the back. The staff were very lovely.The local area is great, you are within 1 kilometre from one of the many ancient temples in the city.The city is perfect to be seen by bike - it is incredibly cycle friendly with bike lanes all over the town.The hotel is perfectly located to explore the city, with everything either on, or close to your doorstep.

A great place to stay in the heart of Ayutthaya close to many temples, restaurants and the night market. The room was basic but clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. The small balcony area is enjoyable for sitting on and great for drying clothes

When I went there, Google Maps was wrong and I had a hard time finding it, but I wonder if it's okay now? It was nice and clean.

The atmosphere is enough. It looks more like a rental room or dormitory than a hotel. Close to tourist attractions There is little parking because it is in front of the restaurant. The refrigerator is cool. The hotel's soap is bar soap and small packets of Sunsilk shampoo. The water heater is not hot at all. The air conditioner is difficult to turn on and off. The balcony behind the room is very dusty and not worth walking out on. The bathroom is a bit cramped. If you don't take a shower, it will be very difficult to shower. This hotel does not have a hair dryer. Anyone who wants to wash their hair should bring their own. Overall, it is considered suitable for the price. Not good, not bad.
