Very friendly staff, Phil was an awesome host, always ready for service and speaking english quite well. Rooms are confortable, nothing fancy, but everything was working well.

The rooms are very clean. The food is delicious. Inside is a natural atmosphere. I really like it. There is a restaurant inside as well. Restaurant, delicious food, very good manners. I really like it. I recommend it. 🎉💗

Particular and to our taste very beautiful, and there are the cats to keep us company.Phil is an exceptional host, very kind and always available to lend a hand with phone calls/reservations.Simple but beautiful rooms, nothing is missing.Possibility to consume food and drinks and have a massage on site.Good location, the area is quiet.Highly recommended.

Very pretty little family hotel, very pleasant welcome, simple but clean room with everything you need.Not too far from the center but offers a quiet environment and greenery.Coffee and tea available 24 hours a day.Unbeatable for the price.

Delicious food, atmosphere like at home. Close to temples, close to tourist attractions It's easy to rent a bicycle to go around the temples. The shop owner is very friendly.

It's a guest house in Ayutthaya and it's quite a fun place.Next time I come to Ayutthaya, I want to come here again.The cats are quite cute and one of them sits and plays next to me every time I eat breakfast.Be careful, they might target the scrambled eggs!I think everything was good except for the drawback that there were few plugs in the room.

Not worth the money, old not clean. We booked a Deluxe aircon room. It turned out to be a filthy staff room. I'm wondering how a standard room looks like? Maybe worth 250 baht a night. Reconsider before booking here

the staff was amazing! very friendly, helpful and involved and concerned for the enjoyment of your stay! they helped with our route through the city and recommended some things like the night market (which was amazing). the whole feel of the homestay is very cosy which i enjoyed a lot. the cats were also an added bonus! wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Charming place, but very basic. Showering = turning the bathroom in a swimming pool. The ‘silent mode’ of the airco wasn’t working well.|The breakfast was a bit poor.|Very friendly staff, always prepared to help you out or give you tips.

Super nice stay between the old temples. Baifern Homestay has delicious food, the neighbor rents bicycles and the Thai massage here is also recommended. The rooms are top notch and the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful.

The atmosphere is good and shady, convenient to travel, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is not yet clean, but overall it is good, a place to stay, suitable for the price. In the morning, you can offer alms to monks in front of your accommodation. There are vendors waiting to serve rice, curry, desserts, and drinking water. The prices are not expensive.
