This is my second time staying here.Conveniently located near Surasak Station, the area is a safe area with a downtown atmosphere, and there are many convenience stores, food stalls, and delicious restaurants nearby.This hotel is family run and very clean and cozy.For the breakfast included in the accommodation fee, you could choose between Thai cuisine or American breakfast. I asked for some Thai food, and they delivered delicious dishes such as gaiyan and omelets to my room. If you don't eat breakfast, you can warm it up in the microwave and serve it at night. The snack corner on the second floor had cup noodles, sweets, mineral water, etc., all of which were free.In particular, Asma at the hotel was very kind, and it became a good memory of my trip to Thailand.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have seen in terms of value for money. Good location and friendly, helpful staff, especially when it comes to questions about Bangkok. Asma has been there to help since day 1 and what I was most pleased with was the hygiene of the rooms. The room has everything you need, starting with a clean shower. The 7Eleven is 1 minute from the hotel and is open 24/7. Public transport is also easy to reach on foot. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next vacation in Bangkok. Thank you Asma for making this vacation in Bangkok go so smoothly! PS: I can recommend Asma and her husband's restaurant, which is 1 minute from the hotel. It tastes very good and the prices are hard to find anywhere else in the city center, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

A very cozy place, next to public transport, but same time on a quiet and non touristic street.I had the upstairs room, big and had everything someone needs.The cleaness was perfect.Asma is a great host, pays attention to details. I felt like being part of family.I strongly recommend and I will come back.

Small, nice accommodation in Sathon.Near the jetty and bars and restaurants are also easy to reach.Asma, the owner, works next door in her small restaurant.She conjures up a wonderful breakfast which is brought to the room.

Recommended for couples. I recommend this place to anyone interested in the Sathorn area.Pros - Breakfast provided in the room, close to the station. Chatting with Seven right next to me. Quiet at night. Double rooms are also cheaper if you check for single occupancy. Be sure to try Tom Yum Ramen and fried beef cheeks. Walk around Sathorn Pier. Unlimited provision of plastic water, not bottled water. price. No mosquito bugs. If you don't eat breakfast, dinner is provided.Disadvantage - Don't expect too much from the accommodation facilities. But it's not dirty. Steep stairs to the 3rd floor. Azuma is so kind that everything is covered.

Great budget hotel, good location. Interesting view from the window, the hotel is quiet. The hostess is very friendly, helped with all issues, which made the trip as comfortable as possible. Next time I’ll go here, definitely 5 stars👍

Pros:- Good location- Good deal- Clean (but not too clean. I found hair on thr floor)- Many facilitiesCons:- poor lighting- Wifi is just so-so- no breakfast included- no toilet paper- a bit smelly in the room- you can't smoke, drink alcohol, keep any pets in the room- noisy!

It was a pleasure being hosted by Asma, amazing host! The place is very clean, good location, quiet, small room but has everything and feels much bigger than it is, impressed by the use of space. Very recommended and I would love to return next time in bangkok. Thanks you Asma, you are the best

4 days in this small hotel. I had a very good time. Mrs. Aman is very kind and professional. Strategic location. From sathorn pier 10 minutes walk you can take the public boat for 20bath you can reach the whole city

1. I stayed there twice.2. It was the best family hotel I have stayed in.3. Breakfast was the best. In my case, if I ordered one dish from the menu, they added one additional dish. Additional rice as well.4. Sufficient drinking water and snacks provided (free)5. The owner and the entire family are friendly.6. The food sold by local residents in front of the houses around the hotel is the best.7. It is convenient to ride the free Icon Siam or Asiatic boat.8. It’s nice to have a big refrigerator.9. If possible, a 2nd floor room is recommended rather than a budget room (1st floor).I will definitely visit again.

Small hotel with all the amenities a tourist needs. Particularly clean. Amsara anticipates every wish. No particular street noise. Even kitchens in front of the house.7/11 can be reached on foot twice. Thai inn with good Thai food right at the beginning of the intake street. Great service from the family especially the landlady Amsara in the hotel. Inexpensive taxi can be booked. 15 minutes walk to the Sathorn boat pier. 300 m to public park.10 minutes to the elevated train.I could continue writing like this for longer. Our experience extends over 3 winters. We know what's important in Thai.Wish you a good stay.
